Abstract

本实用新型提供一种无水堆肥厕所。该装置的特点是将一个电加热采暖系统和堆肥处理系统有机地结合在一起,既保证了卫生间的舒适温度,又能起无水堆肥作用。由于有保温、加温装置,即使不埋入地下或地下温度低时仍能很好的使用,适用于寒冷地区,尤其是北方海岛或极区科学考察站。

Description

本实用新型属于寒冷地区生活卫生设备。
在日常生活中吃喝拉撒睡是必不可少的内容,当今科学技术高度发展,“全方位的现代化”是不可避免的。例如在高山,边防,海岛解决上厕所的问题不是那么容易,缺水、运输困难、管道敷设不便等都将使我们付出很大的代价。
为了解决这一矛盾,美国专利US4084269提出了一种无水堆肥厕所。很好地解决了在高山,边防,缺水地区“上厕所难”的问题。但这种厕所在北方寒冷的地区,特别是冬季封冻的海岛或极区,还是不够理想的。一是需要将堆肥缸堆于地面冻土线以下,二是厕所无保温加温装置,难以发挥堆肥作用。
解决此类问题的另一种办法就是使用室内焚化炉便器,这种便器每次或每天需焚化一次,耗费能源,存在不安全因素,且维护管理复杂。例如84年澳大利亚戴维斯南极科学考察站曾发生过因焚化炉便器煤气点火系统故障而造成爆炸的事故。
本实用新型是为解决上述情况而设计的一种适用于寒冷地区的无水堆肥厕所,它是一种小型电加热水采暖系统和一套无水堆肥厕所联合组成的设备。既能保证卫生间的舒适温度,又能达到无水堆肥的作用。由于采用了保温加温自控装置,在不便埋入地下的情况下,仍能很好的使用,特别适应于寒冷海岛和极区科学考察站。
附图是该设备的组成示意图。
由堆肥缸外保温层(1),外墙保温层(2),屋顶及保温层(3),检查口(5),盖口(6),百叶窗(7),马桶(8),通风机(9),排风管(10),所组成的堆肥系统。
由电加热器(11),联箱(12),干燥床(13),上升管(14),代温度感应元件的散热器(16),马桶座垫加温圈(17),地板散热器(18),散热器兼膨胀水箱(19),下降管(15)所组成的小型热水采暖系统,这两个系统相互配合,既保证了厕所有相应的舒适温度,又能使粪便耗氧干化工作得以正常进行。
下面对照附图,作进一步的说明。
堆肥缸外保温层按堆肥缸内所需要温度为室内计算温度,以寒冷地区当地综合气象参数拆算成采暖室外计算温度,来计算和确定围护结构所需要的热阻值,以及保温层的厚度和材料,并使其具有最佳的经济方案。对于外墙保温层(2)、屋顶及保温层(3)按厕所室内设计温度+15℃计算和室外气象参数来确定外围护结构的热阻,并确定其保温层厚度和材料。
在这个保温层的内部是一个由电加热器(11),联箱(12),堆肥干燥床(13)和上升管(14),下降管(15)及各种散热器组成的小型电加热水采暖系统,其容量为采暖耗热量的总和。
马桶上的座垫加温层是为提高使用舒适性而设置的。百叶窗,通风机,排风管完成了空气的流动,加速了粪便的干化并保证厕所无臭味。排风口安装有防雪帽,以适应寒冷地区的需要。
本实用新型将小型采暖系统和无水堆肥厕所有机的结合起来,使其在寒冷的地区或极区发挥作用。

  1. 一种无水堆肥厕所,其特征在于是由堆肥缸外保温层(1)、外墙保温层(2)、屋顶及保温层(3)、检查口(5)、盖口(6)、百叶窗(7)、马桶(8)、通风机(9)、排风管(10)所组成的堆肥系统和电加热器(11)、联箱(12)、干燥床(13)、上升管(14)、下降管(15)、代温度感应元件的散热器(16)、马桶座垫加温圈(17)、地板散热器(18)、散热器兼膨胀水箱(19)所组成的电加热小型采暖系统所组成。
