Abstract
本发明提供了一种适合于各种人穿用的自动拔跟皮鞋。它是由装置在皮鞋上的绞垫，拔子及弹簧构成，拔子由于弹簧的作用可被自动倾斜置于后沿口上，穿用时鞋子可被自动穿在脚上。
本发明穿脱时不需动用手和弯腰、曲腿及下蹲动作，故具有穿脱方便、省时、省力、穿着舒适、适合性强的特点。尤其适合于儿童、老年人和残疾人穿用。
Description
本发明涉及一种改进的皮鞋，特别是一种能方便穿脱、穿着舒适适合各种人穿用的自动拔跟皮鞋，尤其更适合于儿童、老年人和残疾人穿用。
人体健康从脚开始，鞋子对一个人的穿着打扮影响很大，它能改变人的举止和情绪，鞋子的适合性对人体的健康和精神面貌都有很大影响。
现有的皮鞋虽然式样繁多，但只属于系带扣和无带扣鞋两大类，系带扣鞋在穿脱鞋时需动用手系解带扣，这不仅很麻烦、浪费时间。更使人很难掌握系鞋的松紧程度，至于无带扣鞋，则由于为使脚能顺利伸进沿口，故它的沿口必然要设计得较宽松，因此常给人一种拖拉和不跟脚的感觉，并且在穿着时都须作弯腰、曲腿、下蹲动作和用手指抠才能将鞋提上，且穿脱鞋时很麻烦、费时，尤其对于不会系带的儿童或弯腰、曲腿和下蹲动作有困难的老年人和残疾人则更加困难，而且在穿鞋时脚跟容易踩压沿口而损伤皮鞋，导致磨损袜子和磨伤跟腱。
本发明的目的是针对上述问题提供一种适用性强、穿着舒适、松紧适宜、穿脱方便、迅速、省时、省力的自动拔跟皮鞋。其特点是：
1.本发明穿脱时不需动用手系解扣带或弯腰、曲腿及下蹲动作，故更适合儿童、老年人和残疾人穿用。
2.穿脱方便、迅速、省时、省力。
3.可避免踩伤沿口，有利于提高皮鞋的穿用寿命。
4.可避免磨损袜子和磨伤跟腱。
5.穿着舒适、松紧适宜、有益于身体健康。
以下结合附图所表示的实施例对本发明进行详细的描述。
附图是本发明的一种具体结构图。
绞垫（1）、拔子（2）是用塑料制造，弹簧（3）可用弹性材料制造。
拔子（2）的造型和内跟弧面相吻合，它的上端设有能与后沿口相吻合的园弧弯，绞垫（1）和拔子（2）呈绞链连接，绞垫（1）的一端可固定在内底上，并可向上弯折。
穿鞋时，脚尖伸入沿口内，脚跟便自然置落于拔子的倾斜面上，这时脚跟只需稍用力向下踩动，便由于在拔子（2）的倾斜导面的作用下使脚跟很容易的沿拔子（2）的倾斜面向下滑动而使脚被导进鞋口内，当脚完全伸进鞋内时，绞垫（1）、拔子（2）则由于受到脚跟的压力和支撑作用力，使弹簧（3）被压缩，这时的绞垫（1）、拔子（2）被吻合在内底和内跟弧面上。
脱鞋时，由于绞垫（1）、拔子（2）失去脚的压力和支撑力，这时弹簧（3）便可向上弹起，而将绞垫（1）、拔子（2）掀起一定角度，此时的拔子（2）被倾斜置于后跟沿口上，既可为下次穿鞋时具备了最佳的导入角度。
本发明可适于各种普通皮鞋。
Claims (2)
1、一个由装置在皮鞋上的绞垫(1)、拢子(2)、弹簧(3)构成的自动拨跟皮鞋，其特征是绞垫(1)的两端设有可弯折的绞链，其一端固定在内底上，另一端和拨子(2)相连接。
2、按权利要求1规定的自动拔跟皮鞋，其特征是可被弹簧掀起的并倾斜置于鞋后沿口上的拔子。
