Abstract
鸳鸯转香壶是一种一壶能倒出两种不同的酒的饮酒用具,它的关键在于一只酒壶两个成酒室,壶嘴分为两段,一段为二孔,一段为一孔。它用于酒筵不仅使用方便,而且可以大助酒兴,还可以作为工艺装饰品。

本发明属于一种饮酒用具。
众所周知,目前人们使用的酒壶,虽然式样很多。但不管怎么说都只能从一只酒壶中倒出一种酒,即一只酒壶只有一个盛酒室。
本发明的目的是提供一种一壶能倒出两种不同的酒的饮酒用具及制作方法。
本发明的关键在于一壶能倒出两种不同的酒。本发明的方法是将一只酒壶分为若干个部分,将这若干个部分按一定的关系粘接起来,制成一只完整的壶,再按一般陶瓷的烧制工艺烧制而成。本发明的酒壶主要由盛酒室①、盛酒室②、上进酒口③、下进酒口④、气孔⑤、壶底⑥、壶芯⑦、壶嘴(图5)加之壶把壶盖等组成。图3为壶底
本发明的酒壶其制作方法为:
将酒壶的盛酒室制成二个外形为半园柱体的容器(如图1、图2所示),一个盛酒室(1)上面有一个进酒口(3),另一个盛酒室(2)下面有一个进酒口(4),将壶芯(7)插入下进酒口(4)中。并将下端和进酒口(4)粘在一起。壶芯(7)形状如图4所示。高度应稍低于盛酒室(2)。上进酒口(3)和下进酒口(4)的位置一般设在靠近壶把的一侧。在每一个盛酒室的上部分别有一个直径约1~2mm的气孔(5),在每个盛酒室的下部分别有一个倒酒口(8)。本发明的壶嘴(如图5所示),是由二段三部分组成的,粗端为两瓣组成,每瓣中间各有一孔,在制造时先将两瓣嘴粘在一起,再将另一段粘在其上面,即为一只完整的壶嘴。这只壶嘴的特征是,和壶身相连的一段为二孔,壶嘴的未端为一孔。一孔的一段长约为整只壶嘴的1/3~1/4。然后将两个盛酒室(1)、(2)粘在一起。将壶嘴和壶把分别粘在盛酒室两侧的粘缝上,再将一带孔的壶底(6)粘在盛酒室底部,壶壁上可以刻上不同的花纹,经过烧制,即成了一只本发明所述的酒壶。气孔的位置一般应分别设在距壶把右4~5cm和距壶把左8~9cm处。
本发明的使用方法为:先将一种酒通过壶底部的进酒口(4)倒入一侧的壶中,用塞子封闭,(因该盛酒室内有一壶芯(7),不用塞子酒也不会流出来,用塞子封闭的目的是和大气隔绝),再将另一种酒通过上进酒口(3)倒入另一侧壶里,用塞子封闭。一般右手握壶,将中指伸入壶把中,食指按住壶盖,拇指和中指自然握住酒壶,如果想喝外侧壶里的酒,拇指可按往里侧壶身上的气孔,放开外侧的气孔,这样外侧壶里的酒就可通过壶嘴倒出。因为酒壶的上下进酒口都用塞子封闭着,所以只有通过气孔和大气接触,利用大气压原理将壶里的酒倒出。
本发明的好处是,在酒筵上将两种不同的酒倒进本发明所述的酒壶里,人们可以根据喜好随时倒出不同的酒,不仅使用方便,而且给人们以新奇感,可以大助酒兴,还可以作为工艺装饰品。
本发明的酒壶可以根据相同的方法制成不同的形状和规格。
Claims (4)
1、鸳鸯转香壶,由壶盖、盛酒室、壶嘴、壶把等组成,其特征在于:该酒壶有两个盛酒室,每个盛酒室上部分别有一个气孔,在一侧盛酒室内有一根壶芯。
2、根据权利要求1所述的酒壶,其特征在于,其壶嘴为两段组成,一段为两孔,一段为一孔。
3、鸳鸯转香壶的制作方法,其特征在于,将单独制成的壶芯插入壶底的进酒口中,并和盛酒室粘在一起,然后再将两个盛酒室和壶嘴、壶底粘结起来。
4、根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于所述的壶嘴是由二段三部分粘接而成的。
