Abstract

一种用于治疗胆石症等疾病的磁珠,是将普通铁珠置入混有碳酸钠和碳酸钡的板炭粉中进行渗碳处理,再采用交流充磁或采用高性能永磁合金材料构成磁路进行充磁,然后进行保磁。该磁珠对胆石症有特殊疗效,监床总有效率达92%,对循环障碍性疾病和多种慢性疾病也有积极疗效。

Description

一种用于治疗胆石症等疾病的磁珠。
现有技术中,国内外目前尚无治疗胆石症等疾病的磁珠。
本发明的目的在于解决有害人体健康的顽症-胆石症的治疗器具及其生产方法问题。
本发明是以普通金属铁珠为材料,经过固体渗碳、充磁、保磁等过程制成,其制成的磁珠直径为1.2~1.8mm,磁强为15~30G·S。具体方法是:将直径为1.2~1.8mm的铁珠置入混有碳酸钠和碳酸钡的板炭粉中进行渗碳处理,再进行交流充磁或采用高性能永磁合金材料构成磁路进行充磁,所得磁珠的磁强控制在15~30G·S范围内,然后采用磁强大于1400G·S的磁座保磁。
本发明经治疗胆石症实践,临床总有效率为92%,比药物疗效高且快,比手术简便易行,安全可靠,并消除了病人的痛苦。
下面举一实施例对本发明作进一步阐述:将混有碳酸钠和碳酸钡(二者之比为9∶1)的板炭粉,浇洒在直径为1.2~1.8mm的铁珠上,直至复盖埋没并盛入铁盒,经摄氏900~960度高温处理8~12小时,由此获得高碳含量的铁珠,将稀土钴永磁合金材料附着于该铁珠1~2分钟进行永磁,然后用磁强为1500G·S的铝镍钴合金磁座材料进行保磁,即得到治疗胆石症等疾病的磁珠。
本发明在实施临床中除对胆石症具有特殊疗效外,而且还能提高人体生理功能,改善人体内环境,对循环障碍性疾病和多种慢性疾病如高心病、冠心病、甲状缐肿瘤以及某些过敏性疾病等也有积极疗效。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于治疗胆石症等疾病的磁珠,由普通铁珠制得,其特征在于:该磁珠的直径为1.2~1.8mm,磁强为15~30G·S。
2、一种用于生产治疗胆石症等疾病的磁珠的方法,是将普通铁珠进行渗碳处理,再进行充磁和保磁,其特征在于:将铁珠置入混有碳酸钠和碳酸钡的板炭粉中进行渗碳处理,再采用交流充磁或采用高性能永磁合金材料构成磁路充磁,然后采用磁强大于1400G·S的磁座进行保磁。
3、按照权利要求2所述的生产治疗胆石症等疾病的磁珠的方法,其特征在于:碳酸钠和碳酸钡之比为9∶1。
4、按照权利要求2所述的生产治疗胆石症等疾病的磁珠的方法,其特征在于:渗碳处理温度为900~960度,处理时间为8~12小时。
