本实用新型属轻工领域。其主要特征是：只通过两个构件的不同联结，就使原先包装饮料的“瓶”成为盛饮料的“杯”。在生产、运输和销售等环节，它完全是一件造型独特的“瓶”；到饮用时，则可将瓶底取下反装于瓶口上而成为一件精美的高脚酒杯；瓶体还可作为漏斗来使用。它不仅符合生产厂改进包装，鼓励消费的要求，而且迎合广大群众猎奇、求实的消费心理。

Description

本实用新型属轻工领域。目前广泛使用的各种酒瓶和高脚酒杯对本实用新型的理解、检索和审查有参考作用。
设计本实用新型的目的主要是为了一物多用。同时改进饮料包装，鼓励消费。
如说明书附图所示，本实用新型主要由瓶体（又是杯体。如图1），瓶底（又是杯座。如图2）组成。将瓶体和瓶底如图3联结时可作为“杯”来使用；如图4联结时可作为瓶来使用；另外瓶体还可作为漏斗来使用。
本实用新型与现在广泛使用的酒瓶、高脚酒杯相比。最突出的优点是一物多用。在生产、运输、销售等环节，它是“瓶”；到饮用时，通过简单的改装便成为“杯”；用瓶体作漏斗可满足灌装少量液体的需要。同时又改进了包装。以此吸引消费；对于在外就餐的旅客，还避免了使用公用酒具传染疾病的可能性；也节省了国家专门用于制造酒具的玻璃等许多紧缺原材料。
本实用新型可用玻璃、金属、塑料等材料制成。外形可根据审美和实用原则设计成各种不同形状和大小。瓶底和瓶体的两个联结处可采用斜面摩擦、螺口等简便的方法。瓶口亦可根据需要制成通孔或盲孔。

Claims (5)

1、一种将酒瓶和酒杯合二为一的多用饮料容器，其特征是由没有瓶底的瓶体和单独制作的瓶底按一定方式结合而成；
2、一种如权利要求1的饮料容器，其特征是其中瓶体的上、下两端边缘有联结瓶底（或杯座）的结合部；
3、一种如权利要求1的饮料容器，其特征是其中瓶底一面的中间有与瓶体的瓶嘴联结的凸起部分，该凸起部分的外缘和瓶底外缘都有与瓶体相联结的结合部；
4、一种如权利要求1的饮料容器，其特征是瓶体和瓶底可由金属、玻璃、塑料制成；
5、一种如权利要求1的饮料容器，其特征是结合部采用斜面摩擦或螺口方式使瓶体和瓶底结合成一体。
