Description
本实用新型的塑料保温饭盒属于一种日用塑料制品。
目前生产和销售的保温饭盒由外壳和内胆组成，外壳采用塑料制做，内胆采用玻璃制做，利用玻璃制做内胆是一种较好的保温方法，保温效果好，但由于保温饭盒主要用于城乡职工、学生离工作、学习地点远而不便回家吃饭时使用，而玻璃保温内胆不能经受外界震动或碰击，当保温饭盒随同人们往返运动时，容易破损，且这种玻璃内胆制造较困难、成本高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不易破损，且保温性能良好的全塑保温饭盒。

本实用新型的全塑保温饭盒由内胆（1）、外壳（2）、保温夹层（3）、菜盒（4）、盒盖（5）、提手（6）组成，其内胆（1）、外壳（2）、菜盒（4）、盒盖（5）和提手（6）均采用塑料注塑成形，整个保温饭盒为圆柱形体，在内胆（1）和外壳（2）之间及盒盖上均有一个保温夹层（3），保温夹层（3）采用绝热性能优良的聚苯乙烯发泡塑料，其导热系数为0.03，外壳，内胆等可采用抗冲击改性聚苯乙烯或共聚物聚丙烯制做，在制做外壳、内壳时应尽可能封闭，防止对流，
内壳加钛白粉、增白剂，提高防止辐射的性能，延长保温时间。
本实用新型的全塑保温饭盒与现有保温饭盒比较，具有使用寿命长，不易破损，制造简单，成本低，密封性能好，并能节约银，是一种轻便、保险、携带方便的保温饭盒。
Claims (2)
1、一种全塑保温饭盒。由内胆(1)、外壳(2)、菜盒(4)、盒盖(5)、和提手(6)、其特征在于内胆(1)采用塑料制作。并加入钛白粉和增白剂。在内胆(1)与外壳(2)之间有一个保温夹层(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的全塑保温饭盒，其特征在于保温夹层（3）采用聚苯乙烯发泡塑料。
