Abstract

本实用新型属于医疗器械范围。用于骨科钢板螺丝钉内固定后螺丝钉断钉的取出，更适用股骨内断钉的取出。本实用新型由一根空心钻头和附件组成，空心钻头的头端有数个顺时针方向的锯齿呈环形排列，钻头的另一端有一较细的圆杆。附件为马蹄形，顶部有一和空心钻头相适应的圆孔，两脚处各有一根螺丝钉。使用时把附件固定在断钉处的骨干上，顶端圆孔对准断钉，空心钻头接在手摇骨钻上插入附件顶端的圆孔中，摇动骨钻即可取钉。

本发明属于实用新型发明，属于医疗器械范围。
本实用新型发明用于骨折钢板螺丝钉内固定后螺丝钉断钉的取出，尤其适合于股骨干骨折钢板内固定后螺丝钉断钉的取出。
对于骨折钢板螺丝钉内固定后断钉的取出，目前国内外各家医院均无肯定的、统一的办法，有用骨钻打孔取出，也有采用骨凿把断钉周围骨皮质凿出一个大洞，以便使铁钳伸入洞内钳夹住铁钉而取出。这样使骨骼组织损坏较大，手术时间较长，在某些情况下甚至不易取出。
本实用新型发明利用钻探机钻取岩心的原理设计而成。用一根空心钻头和钻头附件组成，空心钻头长120～140mm，内径φ6mm，外径φ7.5mm，头端有8个顺时针方向的锯齿。钻头的另一端为直径3.5mm，长15mm圆杆。钻头附件为马蹄形，顶端有一φ8mm圆孔，两脚处各有一根螺丝钉，旋紧螺丝使该附件固定在骨干上，以防止钻头在骨干上滑动。本实用新型发明的优点在于使用方便，对骨骼组织损伤较小，大大缩短手术时间。
本实用新型发明的使用可为一般外科医师所掌握，使用时把固定附件固定在断钉处的骨干上，附件顶端圆孔对准断钉，把空心钻头接到手摇骨钻上，空心钻头插入钻头固定附件顶端的圆孔中，摇动手摇骨钻，钻透断钉周围上下两层骨皮质，即可取出断钉。

  1. 用于骨科钢板螺丝钉内固定后螺丝钉断钉取出的装置，该装置由空心钻头和钻头附件组成，其特征在于：
    a、所述的空心钻头前半部是空心韧性金属管(1)，前端有数个呈环形排列顺时针方向的锯齿(2)，后半部是较细实心金属圆杆；
    b、所述的钻头附件呈马蹄形，顶端有和空心钻头直径相适应的圆孔(4)，两脚处各有一根螺丝(5)。
