Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种为电弧焊作业而设计的电弧焊引弧前照明集光灯。它由电灯，集光镜和可控硅调压电路组成，由电焊变压器次级供电，能与不同容量的电焊变压器配合。集光灯可附于电焊钳上，能在空间转动，使集射光束照亮焊条端部，提高焊接质量和工效。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种集光灯，特别是供电弧焊作业中焊条引弧前照明用的集光灯。
电弧焊作业时，电焊工必须配戴深色防护眼镜。焊条起弧前电焊工无法透过镜片看清焊条与焊件的相对位置和接触情况，影响焊接质量，工效降低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在电焊条引弧前可用于照亮焊条端部以便透过镜片仍能观察焊条与焊件的相对位置和接触情况的集光灯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。电灯〔7〕置于球面镜的焦点，其所发出的光经集束后照亮焊条端部，达到为焊条起弧前提供照明的目的。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

图3是对图2中用于安装电灯〔7〕的螺口〔8〕和爪片〔9〕的进一步说明。
图4是电路板〔10〕上的可控硅供电电路图。
图中可见电灯〔7〕，球面镜〔6〕和供电电路板〔10〕都装配在灯盒〔12〕内，灯盒〔12〕经金属弹性夹片〔2〕，环形片〔3〕，可以抱紧电焊钳的柄。转动副〔4〕和〔5〕可以使灯盒〔12〕在空间转动，以便将集射光束照亮焊条端部。
电灯〔7〕由金属螺口〔8〕和金属爪片〔9〕（图中是三爪片）自电路板〔10〕上的电路接至电焊变压器的次级。电灯〔7〕的工作电压在6至15伏特之间。这样取得的电源可以获得焊条引弧以后自动暗灯的效果。
调整螺丝〔13〕，借助弹簧〔14〕的作用可以进退电路板〔10〕带动电灯〔7〕实现调焦。

a、所述电灯[7]位于集光镜[6]的焦点，
b、所述电灯[7]由电焊变压器次级经双向可控硅分档调压电路供电。
