水暖管道排气是保证水暖管道正常工作的必不可少的措施。本实用新型提供的水暖排气阀是利用结构上的特点，消除压力差，从而保证自动排气。而且结构简单、成本低、又易于安装，优于目前所用的排气阀。

本实用新型属于水暖技术领域。
水暖管道排气，是保证水暖管道正常工作的必不可少的措施。现有的排气方法，是在管道最高处接一管入下水道，定时人工排气，不但麻烦，且造成大量热水跑掉，或采用立式自动排气阀，该阀内腔结构，采用杠杆原理，存在结构复杂，不易安装，成本高等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是，发明一种既经济又实用的水暖管道排气阀。本实用新型的任务是这样实现的，采用立式圆柱浮子、侧面放气的结构（见附图）。当管道供水后，管内所存气体将从入口上升进入壳体内，从排气孔流出，当气体放完后，水将进入壳体内，这时浮子上浮，将排气孔堵塞，使水不能流出。在水正常流通过程中，由于各种原因，在管道中产生的气体，渐渐集中于壳体内，从而压低水面，以至使浮子失去浮力，浮子靠自重下落，打开排气孔，放出气体，水复又上升，浮子浮起，关闭排气孔。如此循环，永保管道中水流不阻。
附图是本实用新型提供的正视图。
根据附图，阀由上盖1，圆柱塞2，密封圈3，浮子4，缸体5，排气孔6组成。
本实用新型的优点是：阀体内腔结构上的特点，可消除压力差的影响，实现自动排气，且放气时无需放水，另外结构简单，体积小，成本低。

Claims (3)

1、一种水暖排气阀，由壳体、浮子、圆柱塞、排气孔和密封件组成。本实用新型的特征是：运动部分上下表面始终处在阀内的水或气中，内部排气孔口在侧面，消除了排气孔口处气压对浮子下落的不利影响，当阀内满气时，浮子能在任意压力下靠自重落下。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水暖排气阀，其特征是阀体可以是金属或非金属，可以是铸件、锻件亦可以是机械加工件。
3、根据权利要求1所述的水暖排气阀，其特征是浮子可以是非金属亦可以是金属与非金属组合件。
