本发明涉及一种农畜互为利用方法及组合棚舍。它是由蔬菜塑料棚和半敞开式畜舍组成。由于畜、禽饲养与蔬菜种植处于一个生育环境之中,那么,畜、禽呼出的二氧化碳为蔬菜的同化提供了二氧化碳源,产生的热量为蔬菜种植提供热源,延长了蔬菜的生长期;蔬菜在同化过程中呼出的氧气供畜、禽所需,并改善了畜、禽舍的小气候环境:塑料棚吸收的太阳能供畜、禽安全越冬。采用本发明既节省了能源,又增加了产量,可比一般棚舍提高产值50%。

农畜互为利用方法及组合棚舍
本发明涉及一种农畜互为利用方法及组合棚舍。
现有的塑料棚和畜禽舍均分别为单独种植蔬菜和饲养畜禽。从收集到的资料及有关专家所提供的情况得知,国外在温室大棚内,设加温设备和二氧化碳发生器,种、养各自独立。仅日本在1981年公开特许公报(昭56-37025)中提出在畜舍内用风泵将污臭气体通过管道送入室外裁培床,以求改善环境,提高地温。即使附之实施,投资大推广困难,且仍为单独使用。
本发明的目的在于提供一种农畜互为利用方法及组合棚舍。在不增加设备投资的情况下,收到增产增收的效果。
本发明是使畜禽饲养与蔬菜种植同处于一个由畜舍与蔬菜塑料棚组合在一起的生育环境之中,用畜禽呼出的二氧化碳供蔬菜同化;产生的热量使蔬菜生长期延长;塑料棚吸收的热量供畜禽安全越冬。
其装置是由蔬菜塑料棚和半敞开式畜舍组成,塑料棚覆盖双层薄膜,蔬菜塑料棚与畜舍之间设置无纺布隔帘,组合棚舍顶部配用框架式双室天窗。
该双室天窗分上窗、中窗、下窗。三窗均连结在框架上,框架四面及顶面由塑料薄膜封闭,三个窗扇上也为塑料薄膜。
双层膜进一步提高了保温性能;用无纺布本身所具有的特性,冬季使畜舍保温、降湿;夏季能遮阳降温,起到调节环境的作用。
双室天窗解决了北方冬季由于畜、禽呼吸产生的水气,使一般天窗冻住而难以启闭的问题。上、中、下三扇活动窗隔成上、下两室,形成空气隔层,提高了封闭性能,防止了窗户被冻住。
由于采用了植物、动物共存生态系组合技术,使种养业的生态功能与经济效益得到进一步提高。下面为农畜互为利用循环过程。
实践证明,使用该项技术和棚舍,畜、禽和蔬菜产量都得到了提高。养鸡提高产蛋率11%;养奶牛提高奶量19%;养猪增重提高40%;黄瓜产量提高25%。且提前、延后比一般塑料棚增加21天,节省了能源,又增加了产量,比一般棚舍提高产值50%。

图1为集塑料棚1和畜舍3为一体的农畜组合棚舍。塑料棚朝向以南或南偏东为宜。蔬菜种于塑料棚内,畜禽饲养在畜舍内。在塑料棚1上覆盖双层塑料膜4,这样可在冬季吸收太阳能且保温,供畜禽安全越冬。
在连通的棚舍内,两者之间设置一活动的可调节开度的无纺布隔帘2,冬季,畜、禽需保温、降湿时,关闭无纺布隔帘;夏季,畜、禽需防晒、降温时,也关闭无纺布隔帘。塑料棚和畜舍顶部配有双室天窗5。
图2为双室天窗,分上窗6、中窗7、下窗8,三窗均连结在框架9上,框架四面及顶面由塑料薄膜封闭,三扇窗户上也均为塑料薄膜。开窗的顺序为先开下窗,然后是中窗、上窗;关窗的顺序为上、中、下。
冬季需降低湿度和排除有害气体时,应开启天窗;当湿度有明显下降时,则应关闭天窗。
在210平方米的农畜组合棚舍内种植黄瓜,需笼养蛋鸡1000只,育肥猪(50公斤/头)50头;养奶牛20头;足以提供140平方米种植蔬菜所需二氧化碳和热量。

Claims (3)

1、一种农畜互为利用方法,其特征是使畜禽饲养与蔬菜种植同处于一个由畜舍与蔬菜塑料棚组合在一起的生育环境之中,用畜禽呼出的二氧化碳供蔬菜同化,产生的热量使蔬菜生长期延长,塑料棚吸收的热量供畜禽安全越冬。
2、一种实现权利要求1所述方法的装置,其特征是由蔬菜塑料棚和半敞开式畜舍组成,塑料棚覆盖双层薄膜,蔬菜塑料棚与畜舍之间设置无纺布隔帘,组合棚舍顶部配用框架式双室天窗。
3、按权利要求2所述的装置,其特征是双室天窗分上窗、中窗、下窗,三窗均连结在框架上,框架四面及顶面由塑料薄膜封闭,三个窗扇上也为塑料薄膜。
