通常太阳瓦结构复杂,造价较高,黑色吸收面性能易劣化,且多附有有机材料部分,耐候性差。
本实用新型所述“黑色陶瓷太阳瓦”是将黑色陶瓷制成空心瓦片,脊瓦或屋顶大板铺设在屋顶的向阳面以吸收太阳能为房屋供暖和提供热水。黑色陶瓷太阳瓦造价低,强度高,具有较高的吸收率,长期使用吸收率不会下降,耐候性好,使用寿命长。

Description

本实用新型涉及太阳能集热元件,具体地说是用于复盖房顶用的黑色陶瓷太阳瓦。
通常的太阳瓦有两种形式,一种是以弯曲的铜管为介质通道与底面的黑色塑料板和上面的透明塑料板热压在一起,这种太阳瓦能起到收集太阳能的作用,但结构复杂,塑料易老化,使用寿命短,另一种太阳瓦是将硅光电池贴附在普通瓦片上,将太阳能转化为电能,这种太阳瓦造价高,难于普及,专利申请CN8510264叙述了以提钒尾渣为原料之一制造黑色陶瓷的方法,所述的黑色陶瓷成本非常低,具有较高阳光吸收率。
本实用新型的目的是利用提钒尾渣为原料之一制成黑色陶瓷太阳瓦,同时起到普通瓦防雨、防风和收集利用太阳能的双重作用,为普及太阳房提供一种新型房顶材料。
实现本实用新型的方式是所述黑色陶瓷太阳瓦可制成脊瓦、瓦片等形式,外形与普通粘土脊瓦、瓦片相似,内部有空腔、有介质进口和出口,用管子将各进、出口依次连接起来,脊瓦还能起到贮水作用。由于脊瓦处于屋顶最高位置,能使加热的水形成自然对流,并使贮水的重量均布在屋顶抗压强度较高的屋脊上。脊瓦也可由保温水箱代替。所述太阳瓦也可以制成空心屋顶大板等其他形状带有介质进出口的屋顶复盖制品,同时起到利用太阳能的作用。

1、外型与普通瓦片和脊瓦相似的黑色陶瓷太阳瓦其特征在于以提钒尾渣为原料之一制成中空的黑色陶瓷瓦片和脊瓦。
2、根据权利要求1所述的黑色陶瓷太阳瓦其特征是中空瓦片和脊瓦具有介质进出口,并可用管子将进出口依次连接起来。
3、根据权利要求1所述的黑色陶瓷太阳瓦,其特征在于所述的脊瓦起储水箱的作用。
4、根据权利要求3所述的黑色陶瓷太阳瓦,其特征在于所述的脊瓦均布在屋脊上。
