一种民用淋浴热管热水器,由远红外炉盘的燃烧器、热管装置的换热器、冷水管的受热器构成。
换热器是有一定真空度的,并且充有蒸馏水的封闭壳体,受热器的受热部份位于换热器的壳体内部,其进出水管的接头固定在壳体上。

本发明属于生活用器
现有的民用淋浴热水器,都是采用一般的燃烧器直接加热热水器的形式。这种加热形式,火焰燃烧不完全,有污染,浪费能源。
本发明的淋浴热管热水器,是由远红外加热炉盘4的燃烧器1。热管装置的换热器2。冷水管的受热器3组成。见示意图。
其特征是:换热器采用热管原理,它是具有真空度为5×10-4毫米水银柱高,并且充有蒸馏水5为工质的封闭壳体;受热器的受热部分位于换热器壳体内部,进、出水管都固定在换热器的壳体上。
工作原理是:蒸馏水工质受热后,变为汽态上升,将热量传递给冷水管的受热器,使冷水管中的水温升高,汽态的蒸馏水工质遇冷变为液态,流回换热器底面连续加热。

Claims (3)

1、一种民用淋浴热管热水器,由远红外炉盘的燃烧器1。热管装置的换热器2。冷水管的受热器3组成。其特征是:受热器的受热部分位于换热器的内部;将燃烧器的热能传递给受热器的受热部分是通过热管装置的换热器。
2、按权利要求1所述的淋浴热管热水器,其特征是:换热器是封闭壳体。
3、按权利要求2所述的淋浴热管热水器,其特征是:封闭壳体的真空度为5×10-4毫米水银柱。
