Abstract

一种由喷头体、橡皮垫圈、旋木片和与喷头体螺纹连接的盖帽构成的低压雾状喷头,其特征在于喷头体上的涡流腔底部有两个对称的进水孔,使进入涡流腔的液体能均匀分布,并在低压状态下易形成高速旋转的涡流;改换喷头上的旋水片,即可用作植物保护性喷药、果园、蔬菜、花卉喷灌和家庭淋浴。该喷头同现有技术相比具有结构简单、低压节能、雾化性好、用途范围广等优点。

Description

本发明属喷洒器喷头的改进。
一般喷雾器喷头,是由喷头体与盖帽旋接固定垫片圈和旋水片构成。喷头体下部有进水腔,腔底有一个与轴心线成25°夹角孔径1.5毫米的进水孔与上部涡流腔相通;复盖涡流腔的旋水片中央有一个小于进水孔的旋水孔,液体由进水孔进入涡流腔形成涡流后经旋水孔喷出。由于这种单孔式结构,使进入涡流腔的液体分布不均,只有在高压下才能形成高速旋转涡流,又因旋水孔较小(φ0.8~φ1.3),使液体在出口处动能增加,势能减少,造成耗能大,喷幅小,只限于喷药用。
本发明针对这一技术问题作了结构改进,使其性能提高,用途扩大。图1是低压雾状喷头剖视图,图2是凸台式旋水片剖视图。
在喷头体的涡流腔底部钻有两个对称的进水孔与喷头体另一端的进水腔相通,两个进水孔轴线倾斜方向一致,与涡流腔的中心线成一定的几何角度;旋水片上的孔面积近似等于两个进水孔的横切面积之和。该结构使液体进入涡流腔后能均匀分布,并在低压状态下易形成高速旋转的涡流,液体经旋水片孔喷出,形成均匀的杯状薄膜层,随后粉碎雾化,喷幅半径随旋水孔孔径增大。为了改变喷洒特性及用途旋水片可以设计成带凸台。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比具有低压,节能,雾化性好,喷洒范围大,用途广的优点,相对于现有微型喷头还具有无机械摩擦,无振动,结构简单,寿命长的优点。用于果园、苗木、蔬菜、茶园、花喷灌,只需将喷头垂直向上装在有水源的接头上,便可进行喷洒。
本发明实施例:在喷头体(1)一端有进水腔,腔内壁是旋接供水装置的螺纹,与供水接头相联接;喷头体(1)另一端有涡流腔,腔中央是促进旋转作用的园锥体,锥体两底侧钻有两个对称的进水孔(2)与进水腔相通;涡流腔端面依次复盖橡皮垫圈(3)和带有旋水孔的旋水片(4),用盖帽(5)将旋水片和橡皮垫圈旋紧在喷头体上组成低压雾状喷头。将喷头旋水片换上凸台(6)式旋水片可用于淋浴。

Claims (3)

1、一种由含有涡流腔的喷头体(1)、橡皮垫圈(3)、旋水片(4)和与喷头体(1)螺纹连接的盖帽(5)构成的喷头,其特征在于涡流腔的底部有两个对称的进水孔(2),其轴线倾斜方向一致。
2、根据权利要求1所述的喷头,其特征在于旋水片(4)上的孔面积近似等于两个进水孔(2)的横切面积之和。
3、根据权利要求1所述的喷头,其特征在于旋水片有一个与其成为一体的凸台(6)。
