Abstract
一种隔爆腔体外扣卡式门盖装置，用于防爆电器，在箱形壳体的门盖和壳体上，用螺钉固定的扣卡，将门盖和壳体刚性连接，形成可调隔爆接合面。
用带“「”型槽的套筒和带销轴的绞链实现开启定位和门盖转动而不至于使门盖滑落。用可与壳体分离的专用工具开启本装置。它适用于需要防爆的各种电器设备，且加工简便，材料消耗少。
Description
本发明提出一个装置，用于防爆电器，属于机械领域。
本发明的现有技术状况是：采用圆柱形壳体，旋转式门盖，以及螺钉直接联接壳体和门盖，提升式压盖。上述装置所存在的问题是：加工工艺复杂，开启与维修困难，不能准确控制和调整形成隔爆作用的间隙，从而造成装置失爆。
本发明针对上述发明不足之处，发明一个可以直接调整隔爆间隙的箱形壳体装置。附图1是隔爆腔体外扣式门盖装置图，图2为图1的侧视图，图3是图2的A向视图，图4是图3的B向视图。图3与图4表示铰链（11）和销轴（10）的结构和位置。本发明的技术方案是：在箱体上部设上端卡（1）用螺钉固定在门盖（5）上，下部设下端卡（2）用螺钉固定在壳体（6）上。在门盖（5）上用螺钉固定左边卡（3）、（4）。在右边对称位置还有两个边卡。在门盖（5）和壳体（6）的相应部位以焊接固定圆柱形压轴（7）、（8）。两个铰链（11）分别焊接在左边卡（3）和（4）上，套筒（9）焊在壳体（6）上，销轴（10）焊在铰链（11）上，限位销（12）与销轴（10）轻压合。
本发明的效果是：门盖从上端滑落，上端卡（1），边卡（3）、（4）分别卡住壳体（6）的凸部，下端卡（2）卡住门盖（5）的凸部，使两者完成刚性连接。通过增加或减少C面的铜质垫片厚度或数量，控制隔爆接合面D的间隙。门盖开启时用专用套筒扳手套入压轴（8），以压轴（7）为支点上抬，将销轴（10）抬起至使限位销（12）沿着套筒（9）上的“ 
”型槽上移。当限位销（12）到“ 
”型槽最高位置时，上端卡（1），左右边卡（3）、（4）脱离壳体（6）的凸部，下端卡脱离门盖（5）。使门盖（5）绕铰链（11）转动即可把门盖（5）开到所需位置，避免沉重的门盖滑落，达到开启平稳、准确、维修简便的目的。

1、一种用于防爆电器的隔爆腔体外扣卡式门盖装置。该结构由壳体、门盖、铰链、扣卡等部分组成。本发明的特征是：扣卡通过螺钉分别固定在壳体和门盖上，通过在扣卡和门盖间增加、减少垫片来调节隔爆接合面的间隙。扣卡卡住门盖和壳体的凸出部分，完成两者刚性连接。用带销轴的铰链和带“г”型槽的套筒将壳体和门盖联接。
