Abstract
一种制备节育显影粘堵剂的工艺方法,其要点在于原料的重量百分比组成为:醇溶性共聚尼龙10-16,乙醇30-40,苯酚14-20,铜锌合金10-20,甘油5-10,流程为尼龙经乙醇浸泡加入苯酚,加热回流,溶解冷却再同铜锌合金和甘油的混合物研匀,即可制出目前尚未见到的男女通用节育显影粘堵剂,且显影期长达1110天以上。四年临床证明,绝育率高,并发症和副反应小,术后体温正常。内脏机能、夫妇性生活未见异常,粘堵男女6.04万例无一例后遗症。
Description
本发明是一种制备节育显影粘堵剂的工艺方法。此粘堵剂供计划生育临床作男女非手术绝育的一种显影期达1110天以上的粘堵药物。
国外的粘堵绝育技术虽起始较早,但因其绝育效果不理想,临床应用例数少,故在此不作比较。我国自1970年开始进行粘堵绝育工作的探索研究,以上海新华医院等单位研制的“复方苯酚糊剂”为最先进,83年获得发明奖。“复方苯酚糊剂”其绝育效果较好,但它①只供女性绝育应用。不便于夫妇任一方因某种原因不能施行粘堵术的情况下,自由商议选择。②其苯酚含量为30%,腐蚀性强,并发症、副反应高达50%;同时含有发热源胆影酸,术后发烧持续3-10日,其中38°-39℃者占11.8%,89℃以上者占4%。③显影时间,仅在四小时至三天的范围内对术后复查不便。④注射时要用推进器加压注入,手术操作不便,且对药物注入量不易掌握。
本发明的目的,是要设计一种既能粘堵输卵管,又能粘堵输精管,且能较长期显影,并发症、副反应小,操作简便的绝育粘堵剂的配方和生产工艺。
本发明是通过如下方式完成的:
根据生理特点和医学高分子化学知识设计配方,经体外模拟实验和动物试验后,筛选出定型配方和生产工艺。
一、本发明的配方及各组份的作用列表如下:
1.醇溶性三元共聚尼龙配比∶尼龙6∶尼龙66∶MXD-10=45∶40∶15
2.铜锌合金的成份配比:铜(75%)、锌(25%)
二.生产工艺
称取三元共聚尼龙置烧瓶中,加入乙醇浸泡四小时后,加入苯酚,在恒温水浴锅上加热回流(水浴恒温94±2℃)搅拌使其完全溶解呈粘稠胶状物,冷却至室温。另取铜锌合金(铜75%、锌25%)加甘油研匀,再分次加入尼龙溶液,研匀即成(见说明书附图)。
按本发明设计出的配方和生产工艺制出的粘堵剂,经四年临床应用证明对人体无害;绝育率高,男性为98.43%,女性为97.7%;男女通用,便于夫妇选择;显影期长达1110天以上,便于复查;并发症、副反应小,男性并发症发生率为0.74%,女性月经无变化率99.34%,术后四日体温正常率97.36%,体温在37.2℃-37.9℃者仅占2.14%,且在五日内均恢复正常;内脏机能,夫妇性生活等未见异常;粘稠度合适,易于注入,手术操作方便;经粘堵男女2万余例未发现一例后遗症,是一种受群众欢迎和信任的非手术绝育粘堵药物。

1、一种制备节育显影粘堵剂的工艺方法,配料中有苯酚,其特征是:原料配方重量百分比为尼龙10-16,乙醇30-40,苯酚14-20,铜锌合金10-20,甘油5-10。由此配方制成的粘堵剂,供临床作男女非手术绝育的一种显影期长达1110天以上的粘堵药物。
2、根据权利要求1中所述尼龙其特征是醇溶性三元共聚尼龙。
3、根据权利要求2中所述醇溶性三元共聚尼龙其特征是:成份配比,尼龙6∶尼龙66∶MXD-10=45∶40∶15。
4、根据权利要求1中所述铜锌合金特征是:成份配比为,铜75%,锌25%。
5、一种制备节育显影粘堵剂的工艺方法,其特征是:称取三元共聚尼龙置烧瓶中,加入乙醇浸泡,加入苯酚,在恒温水浴锅上加热回流搅拌使其完全溶解呈粘稠胶状物,冷却至室温。另取铜锌合金加甘油研匀,再分次加入尼龙溶液,研匀即成。
6、根据权利要求5中所述工艺方法,其特征是:乙醇浸泡四小时。
7、根据权利要求5中所述的工艺方法,其特征是:水浴恒温94±2℃。
