Abstract
本发明是一种使硬质聚氯乙烯增韧的方法,一般使硬质聚氯乙烯增韧有两种方法,一种用极性合成橡胶和硬质聚乙烯机械共混,另一种用非极性合成橡胶和聚氯乙烯接枝共聚或嵌段共聚。
本发明的特征是在含有芳香烃结构的聚醚型表面活性剂存在下以非极性合成橡胶(聚丁二烯或丁苯橡胶为代表)和硬质聚氯乙烯机械共混,使硬质聚氯乙烯增韧,效果明显。
Description
本发明是采用非极性合成橡胶作为硬质聚氯乙烯的增韧剂,通过机械共混的方式使硬质聚氯乙烯增韧。
对于硬质聚氯乙烯的增韧,一般采用极性的合成橡胶作增韧剂,这类含极性基团的合成橡胶包括氯化聚乙烯、丁-腈橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物等,通常和硬质聚氯乙烯进行机械共混。机械共混所需设备较少,操作方便。但是,如果用非极性合成橡胶对硬质聚氯乙烯增韧。一般只能采用接枝共聚或嵌段共聚的方法。
本发明的任务是采用非极性合成橡胶(以聚丁二烯或丁一苯橡胶为代表)作增韧剂,和硬质聚氯乙烯通过机械共混达到使硬质聚氯乙烯增韧的目的。
本发明是一种采用非极性合成橡胶使硬质聚氯乙烯增韧的方法,其特征为在含有芳香烃结构的聚醚型表面活性剂和其它助剂的存在下,用非极性合成橡胶与硬质聚氯乙烯通过机械共混来取得增韧效果。共混物的最适宜重量比如下:聚氯乙烯树脂∶非极性合成橡胶∶含有芳香烃结构的聚醚型表面活性剂=100∶4-15∶0.5-1.5。
本发明的实施例如下:
(以下均重量比):
丁二烯橡胶生胶10.0,液体石腊1.2,264抗氧剂0.05。
聚氯乙烯树脂100,三盐基硫酸铅1.5,二盐基亚磷酸铅0.5。
硬脂酸铅0.8,二丁基月桂酸锡0.5,氯化石腊(氯含量50-52%)4.2,聚醚化酚醛缩合物0.7。
将上述配料,在温度为170-180℃的开放式炼胶机上混合炼制15-20分钟,拉片,再将片料置170-175℃平板模中于5-30公斤/厘米2压力下成型为厚度1.25毫米片材。
对该片材用重量为0.92公斤带球形冲头的重锤于5℃温度下自由下落进行冲击,测得抗冲击指标(以耐冲击的高度、厘米表示)达166厘米。同样的测试条件下,纯硬质聚氯乙烯试片和不加聚醚型酚醛缩合物的对照用试片,抗冲击指标只有55-62厘米。三种试样在15℃温度下的弯曲模量分别为:2.21×104公斤/厘米2、2.91×104公斤/厘米2和2.18×104公斤/厘米2。
可以看出,本发明在增韧聚氯乙烯方面效果明显。
Claims (2)
1、一种采用非极性合成橡胶使硬质聚氯乙烯增韧的方法。其特征在于当含有芳香烃结构的聚醚型表面活性剂存在,聚丁二烯或丁一苯橡胶与硬质聚氯乙烯机械共混后获得明显的增韧效果。
2、根据权利要求1所述方法其特征在于其组成物质的重量比为硬质聚氯乙烯∶非极性合成橡胶∶含有芳香烃结构的聚醚型表面活性剂=100∶4-15∶0.5-1.5。
