Abstract

一种用于供水系统的防冻水龙头。在防冻水龙头的外壳体中装有一膨胀系数较大材料制成的阀心，阀心内有一与水龙头出水口相通的孔，孔内装有一小阀心，靠自然界温度的变化，阀心的自然胀缩调节小阀心的开关，使水流动达到防冻效果，本发明适用地域广，安装方便，专业生产厂不需增加设备就可生产。

一种防冻水龙头
本发明属于供水系统所用部件的改进。
本发明以前的水龙头的防冻，主要是采用保温，或在其旁路配置防冻装置，如日本专利JP特许昭57-179481号，所说的防冻装置是在普通水龙头的旁路上，加一种带有感温部件的防冻装置，当自然界的温度在0℃以下时它会自动打开通向外面的辅设通道，从而使水流动起到防冻作用。用这种方法防冻，防冻装置加在水龙头外部，制造安装比较复杂。本发明针对上述防冻装置的缺点加以改进而造成。
本发明的要点是在水龙头内部，配置一个膨胀系数较大的材料制成的阀心（2），内有一与水龙头出水口（8）相通的孔（3），孔内装有一金属制成的小阀心（4），在小阀心（4）的上端（7）装有一个防止小阀心（4）下落的销子（6）。当自然界的气温在0℃以上时，阀心（2）膨胀伸长，由于水的自然压力将小阀心（4）向上推，使其关闭。当自然界的气温在0℃以下时，阀心（2）收缩，压迫小阀心（4）的上端（7），将小阀心（4）往下推，下端（5）推开一条细缝，水从细缝进入孔（3）流到水龙头出水口（8）排到外界。在水流动时水温又将阀心（2）温度升高，当达到0℃以上时，阀心（2）的膨胀使小阀心（4）靠水的压力而关闭，这样靠温度的自然变化而调节阀心（2）的胀缩，自动调节小阀心（4）的开关。靠水的不断流动起到防冻作用。
附图1是防冻水龙头的总装剖视图。图中1为外壳体，2为阀心，3为与出水口相通的孔，4为小阀心，5为小阀心下端，6为销子，7为小阀心上端，8为出水口。

附图3是阀心在0℃以上的关闭状态示意图。
本发明工艺简单，安装方便，专业生产厂不需增加设备就可以生产，不仅适合于高寒地区和冬天使用，在其他季节、地区均可使用。

Claims (2)

1、一种由普通水龙头和在其旁路配置带感温部件的防冻装置构成的防冻水龙头，其特征是在防冻水龙头内有阀心（2），它有一与水龙头出水口（8）相通的孔（3），孔内有一小阀心（4）。
2、根据权利要求1所说的防冻水龙头，其特征是所说的阀心（2）是由膨胀系数较大的材料制成，所说的小阀心（4）是金属材料制成。
