Abstract
外语视听机是能同时看到外文字母和听到外语发音的录音机。机中有录音电路和文字电路。机外有字母键盘和显示器，录音时按下字键，编码器发出编码，送至双声道录音磁头的一个声道磁头。把编码记录在磁带上，另一声道记录语音。放音时，放音磁头从磁带上拾取编码，送到只读存贮器，再通过移位寄存器，缓冲寄存器，驱动器变为文字显示在显示器上。由于采用的显示器及显示方法的不同，电路设计也应有所不同。

本发明属于电子显示技术的应用发明。
现有技术见自美国S·谢尔著《电子显示器》及国内著作《显示技术基础》。
用电视机学外语，或用电脑学外语，即可以听又可以看，但用录音机学外语，却只能听不能看。在学外语时，如果同时能看到外文字和听到外语语音，对学习是有帮助的。电视机和电脑虽然能同时满足这两个需求，但有不便于携带的缺点。录音机便于携带但不能同时满足两种需求。
外语视听机就是能同时满足看和听的录音机。本发明是把双声道录音机的一个声道改造成能录制文字讯号的电路，另一声道仍用来录音。为了记录文字和显示文字，录音机上要有字母键盘和字母显示屏。按下每一字键，编码器就发出相应的编码讯号，送至录音磁头，记录在磁带上。同时编码讯号通过只读存贮器，把编码变为文字显示。放音时，放音磁头从磁带上拾取字母编码，通过只读存贮器，位移寄存器等电路变为文字显示。
由于显示器种类很多，显示方法，又分为静态显示和动态显示，所以电路设计也有多种形式。
用这种方法，可以制成收音、录音、外语视听三用机，为了保留双声道，要在双声道收音、录放电路之外，增加文字记录显示电路，此电路与一个声道电路之间有个转换开关。
Claims (1)
- 外语视听机是装有字母键盘和显示屏的特殊录音机。按下字母键可以把字母编码记录在一个声道磁迹上，另一声道磁迹用来录制语音。放音时放音磁头拾取编码，通过只读存贮器等电路变为文字显示在屏幕上。
