Abstract

本发明是一种由换能器、变幅杆、清洗捧及超声频电发生器组成的插入式超声清洗装置。这种装置所产生的声强比一般容器式超声清洗机强。用于油泵油嘴深盲孔或其他具有深盲孔的工件的清洗,解决现有容器式清洗器洗不净的深小孔,尤其是深盲孔的清洗问题。清洗棒易更换、便于维修,与一般容器式超声清洗机比较,使用寿命长,维修费用低。

Description

本发明属于超声清洗装置。
一般超声清洗所用的设备是做成容器式的,(美国专利3,293 456)在清洗容器的底部或周边安装超声换能器,被清洗件置于容器中的清洗液进行清洗,或者用一种浸设式换能器置于容器中。油泵油嘴用现有的上述设备进行超声清洗时,只能洗净油嘴的直径较大而浅的内孔上部污物,洗不净深盲孔部分。此外,上述一般清洗装置,清洗容器产生超声空化腐蚀,维修费高,适于表面清洗,不适用于深孔,尤其是深盲孔的清洗,因为声强低,微冲流的搅拌洗涤作用受限制。
本发明的目的是解决深盲孔的清洗问题。
本发明的要点是,采用了夹心式压电换能器,变幅杆及清洗棒组成的超声清洗装置。三个部分都用螺丝连结。在清洗棒端产生比较高的声强。被清洗件侵入装有清洗液的普通容器中,而清洗棒直接插入被清洗件的盲孔中进行超声清洗。能在一分钟内洗净盲孔中的污物。由于本发明所用清洗棒与变幅杆的连接采用螺丝连接,所以易于更换,成本低、维修方便。夹心式压电换能器用对称结构。本发明不限于油泵油嘴盲孔清洗,也可用于一般深盲孔(直径4mm~6mm深达100mm的小孔)的零部件超声清洗。
图1是发明的一个具体实施例的正视图。图2是侧视图。
本发明的主要部件是:它包括超声频电发生器1,夹心式压电换能器2,阶梯形变幅杆3及清洗棒4。变幅杆可以是圆截面或矩形截面。外形轮廓线可以做成指数曲线形或悬链线形,也可以做成圆锥形等。变幅杆的下端面可以安装单根或多根的清洗棒,棒长不受半波长所限制。棒的直径及数量决定于被清洗件的孔径、孔深及形状。清洗棒端侧面带有一定圆弧使声按一定角度辐射到孔内壁和孔底。清洗棒轴向中心有孔,棒端头及端头侧面圆弧上的孔与中心轴孔相通。清洗棒的另一端和变幅杆用螺丝连接、在变幅杆的端侧面设有进水管接头5,孔与清洗棒轴孔相通,清洗液由进水孔压入,从清洗棒下端头的孔流出,在强超声空化作用下洗掉粘在孔壁及孔底的污物,并由清洗液带出孔外。振动系统的频率根据清洗棒的长短可以在16KHz-20KHz范围内工作。

Claims (4)

1.一种由超声频电发生器(1)、对称式夹心压电换能器(2)和变幅杆(3)组成的油泵油嘴深盲孔的超声清洗装置,其特征是,在变幅杆(3)的下端连接带轴向中心孔的清洗棒(4),棒端头及端头侧面圆弧上的孔与中心孔相连,在变幅杆(3)的端侧面设有与清洗棒(4)中心孔相通的进水管接头(5)。
2.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于夹心式压电换能器(2)、变幅杆(3)和清洗棒(4)之间采用螺丝连接。
3.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于所说的清洗棒(4)长度不受半波长限制,根据被清洗件的形状,孔深及自径而改变清洗棒的几何尺寸及棒的数量。
4.按照权利要求3所说的清洗棒,其特征在于它的端头侧面带有一定的圆弧,使声按一定角度辐射到孔的内壁。
