Abstract

一种四氟乙烯和偏氟乙烯共聚物室温涂料。该涂料由含8~50%重量的四氟乙烯和92~50%重量的偏氟乙烯的共聚物与二种及二种以上有机混合溶剂所组成。所述的溶剂为C3~C4脂肪酰胺如二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基乙酰胺等,C3~C6脂肪酮如丙酮、丁酮等。所推荐共聚物组成为15~35%重量的四氟乙烯和85~65%重量的偏氟乙烯。共聚物在溶液中浓度占重量的0.5~50%,该涂料适用于塑料、橡胶、木材、玻璃、石英、金属、陶瓷、无机物等材料的涂层。

Description

本发明是一种氟涂料,氟涂料具有优异的耐酸、耐碱、耐高低温、防潮、防油性能,广泛使用于化工设备、机械,电气设备中,然而一般氟涂料需要一个高温烧结过程,因此不宜用在大设备(或大设备中不易折下的部件),精密仪器中一些不便加热或不能加热的部件,以及木材,橡胶、纸等材料上。本发明的室温氟涂料有其特殊的重要性,可避免涂料的高温烧结过程,从而防止被涂复材料在烧结时的破坏。而且氟涂料具有优异的综合性能,因此室温氟涂料更显示其优越性。
本发明的氟涂料的特点是可以在高温和室温固化的氟涂料。本发明的室温氟涂料由一种四氟乙烯和偏氟乙烯共聚物和二种以上的混合溶剂所组成,上述的共聚物组成为8~50%重量的四氟乙烯和92~50%重量的偏氟乙烯,其推荐共聚物组成为15~35%重量的四氟乙烯和85~65%重量的偏氟乙烯,这些共聚物在某些有机溶剂中有良好的溶解性,我们发现了C3~C4脂肪酰胺如二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基乙酰胺等,C3~C6脂肪酮。如丙酮、丁酮等,有机溶剂中二种和二种以上组成的混合溶剂与共聚物配成溶液。溶液浓度为0.5~50%(重量),其推荐溶液浓度为1~40%(重量),该溶液作为室温涂料,可以用浸渍,刷涂喷涂等方法涂在各种材料上作为涂层,如橡胶、木材、玻璃、石英、陶瓷、无机物、纸等。该涂层有良好的防潮、防腐防吸附作用。对低强度,脆性材料,如纸、土,单晶等材料可增加强度。涂层透明,折射率在1.39~1.42,是理想的有机光导纤维皮层材料,与有机玻璃(折射率为1.59)组成有机光导纤维。同时也是石英光导纤维良好的皮层材料,由此制成的弥散光纤,在医疗中可伸入体内用激光治疗疾病,即使石英断裂,由于涂层保护也不致留入体内,提高了使用安全性。
例1.将四氟乙烯和偏氟乙烯共聚物(共聚物组成为20%重量的四氟乙烯和80%重量的偏氟乙烯配成10%重量浓度溶液,溶剂为丙酮和丁酮(重量比为1∶1)将溶液均匀地涂于丁腈橡胶片表面,于30℃放置45分钟,即形成牢固的涂层。
例2.将四氟乙烯和偏氟乙烯共聚物(共聚物组成为25%重量的四氟乙烯和75%重量的偏氟乙烯)配成1%重量浓度的溶液,溶剂为丙酮和丁酮(重量比1∶2),将溶液均匀地涂于纸上,50℃放置20分钟,该纸在外观上与未经涂复的相同的纸难以区分,但有良好的防潮性能,强度提高20%。
例3.将四氟乙烯和偏氟乙烯共聚物(共聚物组成为25%重量浓度的溶液,溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺和丁酮(重量比1∶1)将溶液均匀地涂于石英纤维上,于60℃放置15分钟,石英纤维上即形成无色透明的涂层。
例4.用例1溶液均匀地涂于氯化钾晶片上,于30分钟内升温至160℃,冷却,在晶片上形成透明的涂层,该晶片有良好的防潮性能。

Claims (4)

1、一种室温涂料,其特征在于由含8~50%重量的四氟乙烯和92~50%重量的偏氟乙烯的共聚物与C3~C4脂肪酰胺,如二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺等,C3~C6脂肪酮,如丙酮、丁酮等,上述有机溶剂中二种或二种以上的混合溶剂所组成,其聚物在溶液中的浓度为0.5~50%的重量百分比。
2、按权利要求1所述的室温涂料,其特征是共聚物中含有15~35%重量百分比的四氟乙烯和85~65%重量百分比的偏氟乙烯。
3、按权利要求1所述的室温涂料,其特征是共聚物在溶液中的浓度为1~40%的重量百分比。
4、按权利要求1,2,3所述的室温氟涂料,其特征是该涂料可在各种材料上进行涂刷,该材料可以是塑料、橡胶、木材、玻璃、金属、陶瓷、无机物、石英等。
