Abstract
一种钢或铸铁零件表面进行硼-稀土-硅二元共渗的盐浴成分,用于金属表面热处理,为解决硼渗层脆性等缺点,本发明采用了硼-稀土-硅二元共渗,并以稀土-硅合金为还原剂,加入剂氯化钠调节融盐的熔化温度,用以提高零件表面的耐磨性、抗高温氧化性及耐蚀性。
Description
本发明属于金属表面热处理。
目前,世界各国对工件表面进有盐浴渗硼时,所采用的渗剂:
美国 Na2B4O760%+Mg40%
保加利亚 Na2B4O730~45、B2O315~20%,NaF15~24%。
日本 在以Mg为还原剂的基础上,以H3BO3K2B4O7为主盐以NaF为活化剂。
最近,苏联为提高渗剂的饱和能力,在渗硼渗剂中增添Al2O3和NiO,新成分(wt%)B4C 44~50Al2O344~50,NiO3~5,ALF3
1~3以上渗硼渗剂普遍的缺点是原材料成本费昂贵,工艺操作温度高,处理过程产生有害气氛,污染环境除有上述缺点外,还大都具有脆性的渗层FeB脆性大,近几年来研究仅由Fe2B构成的渗硼渗剂,存在着工艺设备复杂,成本进一步提高的缺点。
本发明的目的是提供一种更经济、工艺简单、无公害、而渗层能获得以Fe2B为主的渗硼方法。本发明的另一个目的是充分利用我国丰富的稀土元素资源,发掘稀土内在优良的物理化学性能,开发稀土在钢铁材料强化应用的新领域。
本发明的要点是采用硼-稀土-硅三元共渗,盐浴以稀土-硅合金为还原剂,加入剂氯化钠调节融盐的熔化温度,一般四硼酸钠量为55~80%(wt%),Re35稀土-硅铁合金为15~40%(wt%),氯化钠为5~15%(wt%)。
本发明在工艺操作,渗层质量及生产成本方面与各国及苏联专利A、C920079比有如下优点:1、由于用稀土做还原剂和催渗剂,故可改善渗层的相组成。容易获得Fe2B相,消除渗层脆性,提高耐磨性。2、由于稀土除有还原催化作用以外本身还是渗入元素,可使工件获得抗蚀性和高温抗氧化性。3、能获得比用已知成分的渗剂,在同一时间内获得的硼化物层的厚度增厚25~30%。4、可将渗硼温度控制在淬火温度,把渗硼和其随后的淬火热处理结合进行,从而简化了工艺。5、本渗剂有较好的流动性,使其工件表面所附残盐易于清理。
除如上所述之外,本发明还有无公害,材料价格低廉,操作安全等优点。
Claims (2)
1、一种钢或铸铁零件表面进行硼-稀土-硅元共渗的盐浴成分,其特征在于其配方为:四硼酸钠为55~80%,Re35稀土硅铁合金15~40%,氯化钠5~15%;
2、按照权利要求1所述的硼-稀土-硅,元素渗盐浴成分,其特征是加入氯化钠调节融盐的熔化温度。
