Abstract

一种组合轮状风力发电机,它主要有一立柱、由风叶构成的轮状风翼、发电机、定向尾翼,所述的风翼是由钢管圆环、辐条状分布的预应力钢拉杆及单元风叶组成,预应力钢拉杆固定于旋转中心轴和钢管圆环之间,单元风叶则被固定在预应力钢拉杆上;所述的预应力钢拉杆至少按三等分均布于旋转中心轴和钢管圆环之间,至少两组单元风叶对称地固定在预应力钢拉杆上;所述的单元风叶呈根部小、叶尖宽形状,其固定在预应力钢拉杆上的位置和方向通过“U”形螺栓定位且可调;它与现有技术相比,具有结构受力更为合理,制造、运输、安装效率高,叶素分布受结构影响较小,可以按风能转换效率较佳方式作较自由的布置;从而降低风力发电机造价,提高其输出功率/造价之比;而且比传统玻璃钢叶片结构更为可靠等特点。

组合轮状风力发电机
技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种风力发电机,尤其是一种采用组合轮状结构风轮的风力发电机。
背景技术
现有技术中,风力发电机的基本结构组成包括:立柱、由风叶构成的风翼、发电机、定向尾翼等;每片叶片在受风时为悬臂状结构,根部弯矩大。故叶片的设计为考虑结构受力要求而将叶尖做小而根部做大,但这并不符合风机叶素分布的最佳条件,实际上叶素离旋转中心越远,输出的力矩也越大,这就是风力发电机的叶轮直径越大,效率就越高的原因之一。故现有的风力发电机的叶轮直径、叶素分布方式受叶片悬臂结构的不利影响甚为严重。
另外,现有的风力发电机大多采用玻璃钢叶片,其制造技术复杂,生产工业化程度不易提高,运输安装困难,结构呈脆性,在大风作用下安全有问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述存在的不足,而提供一种主要对风翼进行改进设计的新型风力发电机,它主要有一立柱、由风叶构成的轮状风翼、发电机、定向尾翼,所述的轮状风翼是由钢管圆环、辐条状分布的预应力钢拉杆及若干单元风叶即叶素组成,预应力钢拉杆固定于旋转中心轴和钢管圆环之间,相邻两根拉杆在旋转中心轴处错开距离,以形成稳定的空间结构。单元风叶则被固定在预应力钢拉杆上。
所述的预应力钢拉杆至少按三等分均布于旋转中心轴和钢管圆环之间,至少两组单元风叶中心对称地固定在预应力钢拉杆上。
所述的单元风叶按风向投影呈根部小、叶尖宽形状,且其固定在预应力钢拉杆上的位置和方向通过“U”形螺栓定位且可调。
本实用新型的风翼结构不是传统的悬臂型叶片结构,而是由刚性环与预应力钢拉杆组合成的空间风轮结构,其风叶由辐条状分布的预应力钢拉杆固定。这种结构受力更为合理,特别是对于直径较大的风轮,即功率较大的风力发电机,其制造、运输、安装效率高,叶素分布受结构影响较小,可以按风能转换效率较佳方式作较自由的布置;从而降低风力发电机造价,提高其输出功率/造价之比;而且,这种风力发电机的风轮结构比传统玻璃钢叶片结构更为可靠。本实用新型采用耐久性较好的装配式钢结构,以便工业化生产、运输、安装和维护。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细的介绍:图1、图2所示,本实用新型主要有一立柱1、由单元风叶2和钢管圆环3及预应力钢拉杆4构成的轮状风翼,另有发电机5、定向尾翼6、旋转中心轴7等。预应力钢拉杆4固定于旋转中心轴7和钢管圆环3之间,单元风叶2则被固定在预应力钢拉杆4上。所述的预应力钢拉杆4至少按三等分均布于旋转中心轴7和钢管圆环3之间,至少两组单元风叶2对称地固定在预应力钢拉杆4上。图1中所示的是预应力钢拉杆4按六等分均布于旋转中心轴7和钢管圆环3之间,有6片单元风叶2对称地固定在预应力钢拉杆4上;所述的单元风叶2呈根部小、叶尖宽形状,每片风叶用4个“U”形螺栓8从内部固定在预应力钢拉杆4上,且装配的位置和方向可调,见图4、图5所示;即风叶的大小、分布、方向(迎角)在安装时可调节,以使风机达到较佳的风能利用率。图5为单元风叶横截面图,图中包括有角钢加劲肋9、复合铝板10、细钢管支撑11等。
预应力钢拉杆与环形钢管的连接处局部按图3所示加强,开长圆形槽。拉杆4穿入钢管后设置垫片和紧固螺母12,并用一个厚型连接螺母13与千斤顶杆14连接,随后用千斤顶15对拉杆4进行逐步张拉,并逐步旋紧紧固螺母12。对六对拉杆4反复循环张拉达到设计标准后卸除千斤顶15和弧形垫块16、千斤顶杆14、厚螺母13,用平头螺钉固定长圆形盖板封闭钢管。
本实用新型所述的风翼结构不是传统的悬臂型叶片结构,而是由刚性环与预应力钢拉杆组合成的空间风轮结构,其风叶由辐条状分布的预应力钢拉杆固定。或者说:风轮由钢管圆环和辐条状分布预应力钢拉杆及旋转中心轴组合而成,其结构原理象自行车轮;因其旋转中心轴较长,拉杆形成水平尺度较大的空间结构,故风轮结构的水平承载力较大。单元风叶固定在预应力钢拉杆上,其位置、方向可调。这种结构受力更为合理,特别是对于直径较大的风轮,即功率较大的风力发电机,其制造、运输、安装效率高,叶素分布受结构影响较小,可以按风能转换效率较佳方式作较自由的布置;从而降低风力发电机造价,提高其输出功率/造价之比;而且,这种风力发电机的风轮结构比传统玻璃钢叶片结构更为可靠。从原理分析,这类风力发电机用在山区、海边等风力较大而运输不便的区域有较好的效果。具体数值根据风力发电机功率、叶轮直径、建造地域条件有差异,但功率越大,叶轮直径越大,地域条件越差,则这一发明的降低造价的效果越明显。
本实用新型所述的尾翼、立柱、发电机与公知的一般风力发电机相同或相似。本实用新型的工作原理是:有风时,定向尾翼使风轮旋转到接近于风轮面垂直于风向的最佳出力方向,风力推动单元风叶,单元风叶固定在预应力钢拉杆上,从而使叶轮旋转,并带动发电机转子转动发电。

Claims (3)

1、一种组合轮状风力发电机,它主要有一立柱、由风叶构成的轮状风翼、发电机、定向尾翼,其特征在于所述的轮状风翼是由钢管圆环(3)、辐条状分布的预应力钢拉杆(4)及若干单元风叶(2)组成,预应力钢拉杆(4)固定于旋转中心轴(7)和钢管圆环(3)之间,相邻两根拉杆(4)在旋转中心轴(7)处错开距离;单元风叶(2)则被固定在预应力钢拉杆(4)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合轮状风力发电机,其特征在于所述的预应力钢拉杆(4)至少按三等分均布于旋转中心轴(7)和钢管圆环(3)之间,至少两组单元风叶(2)对称地固定在预应力钢拉杆(4)上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的组合轮状风力发电机,其特征在于所述的单元风叶(2)沿风向投影呈根部小、叶尖宽形状,且其固定在预应力钢拉杆(4)上的位置和方向通过“U”形螺栓(8)定位且可调。
