背景技术
双层幕墙结合了高节能、高环保、高舒适度、适应性强、人性化等多种特点于一身,可适应不同环境,不同地域,不同人群的需要。双层幕墙一般均在外层幕墙设有通风结构,从而使外界空气通过通风结构进入到双层幕墙的中间空气层内,利用空气间层的空气对流换热,达到节能的效果。冬天关闭出风口,使空气间层形成密闭空腔,利用阳光照射使空气间层温度升高,从而实现内层玻璃与室外隔离的作用,达到理想的保温效果。夏天开启出风口,利用烟囱效应使外界空气带走被阳光照射后升温的空气间层内的空气,使空气间层温度降低,减轻室内空调的负荷。室内需要通风换气时,可打开内层玻璃,通过进风口、空气间层使室外空气进入室内。由于目前环境污染严重,空气质量明显下降,空气中含有大量烟尘杂质、有毒有害气体,特别目前扬沙大风天气频繁,带来大量沙土灰尘,以致双层幕墙在使用一段时间以后,空气间层及通风结构内污染特别严重,而且难以清洁。由于现在的双层幕墙内没有空气净化装置,所以空气间层及通风结构内的污染对室内工作生活人员的健康及舒适度影响特别严重,需要对流入进风口的外界空气进行必要的过滤净化加湿处理,特别是位于道路两旁、工业园区附近等受汽车尾气及工业废气影响最为严重的幕墙建筑,这是完全人性化的考虑,也是未来双层幕墙必不可少的功能。
空气间层的防火问题是一直困扰双层幕墙的难点,目前尚未找到一种有效的解决方法,一旦火灾发生,双层幕墙独特的烟囱效应将是火势蔓延的最佳途径,所以要完善双层幕墙,必须先解决双层幕墙的防火问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决双层幕墙通风的空气质量控制及双层幕墙存在严重的消防隐患的问题,提出一种双层幕墙的模块化功能装置,它具有提高双层幕墙进风口空气质量及解决双层幕墙空气间层防火困难的特点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括外层上横框和外层中横框,在外层上横框和外层中横框之间固定安装有通风量控制装置,其特征在于通风量控制装置的通风口上端安装有空气过滤及净化装置,在空气过滤及净化装置的上方安装有水循环加湿管,水循环加湿管的进水口与出水口连接有消防接头,并与主进水管和主出水管相连接。
所述通风量控制装置安装于双层幕墙通风结构的进风口处,该装置中固定孔板紧贴于中横框和下横框,活动孔板由直流电机带动并与同定孔板组装一体,通过直流电机驱动活动孔板的横向移动来调节通风口尺寸的大小,从而控制进风口的通风量。
所述空气过滤安净化装置连接于上述通风量控制装置上端,位于双层幕墙空气间层下部,底部为高效过滤板,其上固定有空气净化装置。空气净化装置内装有活性炭或其它化学过滤及吸附物质。
在空气过滤及净化装置的上面装有横托板,所述水循环加湿管铺设于横托板上,进水口与出水口分列两端,通过带灭火帽的消防接头与埋设于窗台墙内的供水系统连接,进水口处安装有压力控制阀。通过调节流入上述水循环加湿管内水流的温度,可以控制双层幕墙空气间层的温度,从而达到节能的效果。上述带灭火帽的消防接头具有当火灾发生时,灭火帽打开使水流成喷淋状射出,防止火势蔓延的作用。进水口处的压力控制阀可以控制每路水循环加湿管的水压保持稳定。
本实用新型具有以下的积极效果:1、本实用新型在整个通风结构中设有防虫网、通风量控制装置、空气过滤净化装置和水循环加湿管,从除尘、过滤、净化到加湿,逐步使流入空气间层内的空气质量提高,解决了因空气污染而带来的双层幕墙空气间层难以清理及影响室内环境、人员健康的问题。
2、本实用新型设有水循环加湿管,即可提高空气湿度又可控制空气间层的温度。
3、解决了一直困扰双层幕墙空气间层的防火问题,通过安装消防接头及压力控制阀在火灾发生时起到灭火作用,而且水路均隐藏式安装,不影响外观效果。
4、可引入太阳能光伏技术,控制小功率的直流电机,可利用太阳能加热水循环加湿管内的水流温度,达到节约能源的作用,提高双层幕墙的科技含量,利用可再生能源来节约建筑能耗。
5、一体化设计,便于安装拆卸;结果简单精巧,节省空间;隐藏式安装,不影响建筑外观。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在双层幕墙的外层上横框3和外层中横框4之间的铝方管2的外侧固定有防虫网1,防虫网1安装在双层幕墙进风口外侧。通风量控制装置5固定于铝方管2的内侧,上下两端与外层上横框3和外层中横框4紧密贴合。空气过滤及净化装置中的高效过滤板6放置在通风结构支撑角片17上,高于通风量控制装置5的通风孔,边缘做好密封措施,防止大量未被过滤的空气泄漏。空气净化装置7座于高效过滤板6上,侧面用密封胶固定密封,下端开有通风孔,空气净化装置7内装有活性炭,均匀布置以达到空气充分净化的效果。横托板8安装在空气净化装置7的上面,开有通风孔,通风孔应尽可能的覆盖住下端的空气净化装置,以便空气流通顺畅。横托板8一端固定于内层封修板9上,另一端固定在外层上横框3内侧,靠近室内一侧设有凹槽,以便放置消防接头10。水循环加湿管11以“S”型铺设于横托板8上,进水口与出水口分设两端,通过消防接头10与主供水系统连接。
如图2所示,主供水系统分主进水管13与主出水管14,主进水管13与主出水管14分别埋设于室内窗台墙内,通过三通16与各支路水循环加湿管11连接。每路水循环加湿管的进水口处都安装有压力控制阀15,其作用是保持每路水循环加湿管内的水压稳定,在火灾发生时均可产生喷淋效果,不会因末端水压过低而产生无水现象。压力控制阀15通过管路与空气间层的水循环加湿管进水口的消防接头10连接,出水口处同样装有消防接头10并与主出水管14的三通连接。钢格栅12扣装于水循环加湿管上方,起到保护、美观的效果。
此系统安装拆卸简便,减轻了因清理而带来的麻烦。对空气质量有很大的提高,效果十分明显,充分利用双层幕墙的空置空间加装此套模块化功能装置,可谓一举多得。通过水循环加湿管不但起到了加湿空气的作用,还可利用水流的温度调节空气间层的温度,夏季通入冷水,使空气间层降温,减少室内空调负荷;冬季通入热水加热空气间层,减少室内空调暖气的负荷,提升室内温度,真正做到了节约建筑能耗的作用,更值得关注的是水循环加湿管解决了困扰双层幕墙多年的防火困难的问题,通过提出这种模块化功能装置,实现了一种高环保、高节能、高安全性的双层幕墙。

1.一种双层幕墙的模块化功能装置,包括外层上横框和外层中横框,在外层上横框和外层中横框之间固定安装有通风量控制装置,其特征在于通风量控制装置的通风口上端安装有空气过滤及净化装置,在空气过滤及净化装置的上方安装有水循环加湿管,水循环加湿管的进水口与出水口连接有消防接头,并与主进水管和主出水管相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的双层幕墙的模块化功能装置,其特征在于:空气过滤及净化装置包括高效过滤板和空气净化装置,高效过滤板高于通风量控制装置的通风孔,放置在通风结构支撑角片上,边缘设有密封装置;空气净化装置座于高效过滤板上,侧面用密封胶固定密封,下端开有通风孔,空气净化装置内装有化学过滤及吸附物质。
3.如权利要求1所述的双层幕墙的模块化功能装置,其特征在于空气过滤及净化装置上面装有横托板,横托板上布有通风孔,水循环加湿管装在横托板的上面,在横托板靠近室内的一侧设有放置消防接头的凹槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的双层幕墙的模块化功能装置,其特征在于:所述水循环加湿管的主进水管与主出水管埋设于室内窗台墙内,通过三通与各支路水循环加湿管连接。
5.如权利要求1或3所述的双层幕墙的模块化功能装置,其特征在于每路水循环加湿管的进水口处都安装有压力控制阀,压力控制阀与水循环加湿管进水口的消防接头连接,出水口处装有消防接头并与主出水管的三通连接。
