Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可适用于各类建筑物的新型结构高分子复合防水建材。目前人们运用于建筑物上的防水材料，一般不具备拉伸性，其与基层的结合依靠化学粘剂，容易失效，搭接不牢固，易导致防水层失效，维修困难，造成工程隐患。本实用新型由柔性层和刚性层构成，柔性层为高分子防水卷材，包括三层结构，中间一层为主体层，主体层上下为涤纶短纤维层，且表面为拉毛状；刚性层设置在柔性层表面(可以是一面或两面)，为聚合物增强层，与柔性层固化结合为一体，其表面设置有多孔状结构，以便于和墙面的牢固结合。拉伸性能好、与建筑物结合强度高，质量可靠，可有效防止“空鼓、剥离、窜水”等现象，生产使用方便，成本低廉，利于推广。

本实用新型涉及建筑防水材料，具体涉及一种可适用于各类建筑物的新型结构高分子复合防水建材。
背景技术
目前人们运用于建筑物上的防水材料，一般不具备拉伸性，其与基层的结合依靠化学粘剂，在高温、氧气、水分等环境中容易失效，搭接不牢固。当防水层受损后，水游离于半剥离状态的基层与防水层之间，导致防水层的失效，维修困难，且造成工程隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可适用于各类建筑物的新型结构高分子复合防水材料，能够有效防止普通防水卷材存在的“空鼓、剥离、窜水等问题，大大提高防水材料的防水性能。
本实用新型由柔性层和刚性层构成，柔性层为高分子防水卷材，包括三层结构，中间一层为主体层，包括低密度聚乙烯、聚酯、EVA、PVC等高分子材料，主体层上下为涤纶短纤维层，且表面为拉毛状；刚性层设置在柔性层表面(可以是一面或两面)，为聚合物增强层，与柔性层固化结合为一体，其表面设置有多孔状结构，以便于和墙面的牢固结合。
本实用新型的优点在于拉伸性能好、与建筑物结合强度高，质量可靠，可有效防止“空鼓、剥离、窜水”等现象，生产使用方便，成本低廉，利于推广。

本实用新型由柔性层(1)和刚性层(2)构成，柔性层(1)为高分子防水卷材，包括三层结构，中间一层为主体层(3)，包括低密度聚乙烯、聚酯、EVA、PVC等高分子材料，主体层(3)上下为涤纶短纤维层(4、5)，且表面为拉毛状；刚性层(2)设置在柔性层(1)表面(可以是一面或两面)，为聚合物增强层，与柔性层(1)固化结合为一体，其表面设置有多孔状(6)结构，以便于和墙面的牢固结合。

1、一种可适用于各类建筑物的新型结构高分子复合防水建材，其特征在于它由柔性层(1)和刚性层(2)构成，柔性层(1)为高分子防水卷材，包括三层结构，中间一层为主体层(3)，主体层(3)上下为涤纶短纤维层(4、5)，且表面为拉毛状，刚性层(2)设置在柔性层(1)表面，为聚合物增强层，与柔性层(1)固化结合为一体。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种可适用于各类建筑物的新型结构高分子复合防水建材，其特征在于所述的主体层(1)，包括低密度聚乙烯、聚酯、EVA、PVC等高分子材料。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种可适用于各类建筑物的新型结构高分子复合防水建材，其特征在于所述的刚性层(2)设置在柔性层(1)表面，可以是单面或双面。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种可适用于各类建筑物的新型结构高分子复合防水建材，其特征在于所述的刚性层(2)表面设置为多孔状(6)结构。
