Abstract

一种防水接插装置，为解决公知接插件不能防水，容易接触不良，可靠性不好的问题。本接插件使用一个上圆下方的橡胶塞和插针，橡胶塞上部有三条环状筋用来密封，中间有孔用来安放插针。插针采用市场上常见的伸缩式顶针。插针先焊好线后再放入橡胶塞的孔中，下部有一带孔的塑料片，用来固定两插针的位置。接插座部分有一个上部带小电路板的塑料罩，接插后塑料罩与橡胶件之间形成密封，插针直接顶在电路板上的触点导通。可使用在卫生间感应洁具中需要防水的连接当中。

本实用新型涉及一种在卫生间洁具感应器中使用的防水接插装置。
背景技术：
目前，公知的接插件一种不能防水无法在潮湿环境下工作，防水接插件体积较大的使用范围受到限制，体积小的则易接触不良，可靠性不好。
发明内容：
为了克服现有防水接插件的不足，本实用新型采用一种全新的结构，不仅降低了生产时的难度，而且提高了接触的可靠性，体积较小。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：接插头内有可伸缩的插针外面包着橡胶塞，接插座内有带触点的电路板。接插头部分的橡胶塞上部有三条环状筋用来密封，筋的上部是一个大的倒角起导向作用，中间有两个孔用来安放插针。所述插针采用市场上常见的伸缩式顶针，此种插针尖头顶住后可以回缩。插针先焊好线后再放入橡胶塞的孔中，下部有一带孔的塑料片，用来固定两插针的位置。所述接插座部分有一个上部带小电路板的塑料罩，接插后塑料罩与橡胶件之间形成密封，插针直接顶在电路板上的触点导通。
本实用新型的有益效果是，接插可靠性好，插针可伸缩，不易顶歪扭曲，且结构简单，生产组装方便。

具体实施方式：
在图1中，橡胶塞(4)装入接插头塑套(5)中，插针(7)装在接插头(4)中，通过插针固定板(8)固定好，插针(7)内部带有小弹簧，可收缩。塑套底板(6)装入接插头塑套(5)。电路板(2)压在海绵垫(3)上装入接插座(1)，再在电路板(2)上方浇环氧密封。接插时，插针(7)直接顶在电路板(2)上导通，接插头(4)通过四周的环装筋密封在接插座(1)上。
