本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,具体地说是一种足下垂复位固定器。其由固定弓、弓连接杆、牵拉固定螺杆、骨针、足底压力板和固定带组成,固定弓包括踝后固定弓和踝前足心固定弓,呈马蹄状绕踝后与踝前足心,由弓连接杆于踝前横向连接固定,牵拉固定螺杆由两对四根组成,为双向螺纹结构,呈对称性分布于踝内、外两侧,每对螺杆的一端分别固定于踝前足心固定弓上,另一端于跟骨后下方相交接骨针。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,具体地说是一种足下垂复位固定器。
背景技术:
人们骑车摔伤或者由高处坠落往往容易导致跟骨骨折或踝关节脱位等。一旦治疗或复位恢复不得当,就容易造成根骨结节骨块移位:向外移位致跟骨增宽,向外膨出,易产生撞击综合症;向前、向上移位,导致跟骨高度丧失,足弓消失,形成外伤式平足,造成距根关节创伤性关节炎,最终导致后足及踝关节僵直、疼痛或步态异常。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是克服上述技术之不足,提供一种设计合理,结构简单,使用和治疗效果显著的足下垂复位固定器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是一种足下垂复位固定器,其特征在于其由固定弓、弓连接杆、牵拉固定螺杆、骨针、足底压力板和固定带组成,固定弓包括踝后固定弓和踝前足心固定弓,呈马蹄状绕踝后与踝前足心,由弓连接杆于踝前横向连接固定,牵拉固定螺杆由两对四根组成,为双向螺纹结构,呈对称性分布于踝内、外两侧,每对螺杆的一端分别固定于踝前足心固定弓上,另一端于跟骨后下方相交接骨针。
本实用新型设计完善,结构合理,可产生牵拉和加压两种力,可根据情况随意调节力的大小,增强稳固性,安全、方便,结合早期功能锻炼,促进足的功能恢复,活动后保持功能位,对骨折复位和足弓的恢复产生有效的作用,有效地防止和治疗了足下垂,使用和治疗效果显著。

具体实施方式:
图1中:1、踝后固定弓,2、踝前足心固定弓,3、牵拉固定螺杆,4、固定螺丝,5、足底压力板,6、弓连接杆,7、固定带。
从图1中可以看出,一种足下垂复位固定器,其由固定弓、弓连接杆、牵拉固定螺杆、骨针、足底压力板和固定带组成。其中,固定弓包括踝后固定弓1和踝前足心固定弓2,呈马蹄状绕踝后与踝前足心,相互支连成垂直结构,由弓连接杆6于踝前横向连接固定。弓连接杆6为弓形,于踝前横向连接内、外侧的弧形固定弓,使之成一整体,增强其固定作用和螺杆牵拉力的发挥。牵拉固定螺杆3由两对四根组成,为双向螺纹结构,呈对称性分布于踝内、外两侧,每对螺杆的一端分别固定于踝前足心固定弓上,另一端于跟骨后下方相交接骨针,并由固定螺丝4固定。骨针的穿通点是固定器体外部分直接作用于跟骨的着力点。足底压力板5附着在足底上,通过踝前足心固定弓的提拉,使之对足弓恢复及骨折复位产生协同作用。固定带7连接在踝后固定弓上,加强起稳固作用。
本实用新型设计完善,结构合理,可产生牵拉和加压两种力,可根据情况随意调节力的大小,增强稳固性,安全、方便,结合早期功能锻炼,促进足的功能恢复,活动后保持功能位,对骨折复位和足弓的恢复产生有效的作用,有效地防止和治疗了足下垂,使用和治疗效果显著。

Claims (2)

1一种足下垂复位固定器,其特征在于其由固定弓、弓连接杆、牵拉固定螺杆、骨针、足底压力板和固定带组成,固定弓包括踝后固定弓和踝前足心固定弓,呈马蹄状绕踝后与踝前足心,由弓连接杆于踝前横向连接固定,牵拉固定螺杆由两对四根组成,为双向螺纹结构,呈对称性分布于踝内、外两侧,每对螺杆的一端分别固定于踝前足心固定弓上,另一端于跟骨后下方相交接骨针。
2根据权利要求1所述的一种足下垂复位固定器,其特征在于所说的弓连接杆为弓形。
