本实用新型涉及一种电路板夹持设备，其包括一机架，机架上有两个相对的竖槽；一固定于机架上的握持部；多个不在同一直线上的夹持柱，其固定于机架上，每一夹持柱的顶部包括一凸起的夹持头；一定位部，其包括一定位杆和一定位柱，定位杆穿过该两个竖槽，和机架以弹性元件连接，定位柱和定位杆固定连接。利用该电路板夹持设备可拿起和移动电路板。该电路板夹持设备的体积小、重量轻，可单手操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电路板夹持设备。
背景技术
在电脑或其他电子设备组装时，必须把电路板从料箱中移到机箱中装配电路板的位置。电路板作为面积大、厚度薄的部件，且在电路板上有各种电子元件，用双手拿起和定位都不方便，因此降低了电脑或其他电子设备组装的效率。
可见，有必要设计一种电路板夹持设备。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是一种电路板夹持设备，用于夹持电路板。
所述电路板夹持设备，其包括一机架，机架上有两个相对的竖槽；一固定于机架上的握持部；多个不在同一直线上的夹持柱，其固定于机架上，每一夹持柱的顶部包括一凸起的夹持头；一定位部，其包括一定位杆和一定位柱，定位杆穿过该两个竖槽，和机架以弹性元件连接，定位柱和定位杆固定连接。
电路板夹持设备的夹持柱可伸入电路板上的夹持孔内，从垂直电路板方向固定电路板；定位柱可移动进入电路板上的定位孔，从平行电路板方向固定电路板，从而可利用该电路板夹持设备夹持电路板。
该电路板夹持设备的体积小、重量轻、结构简单、便于操作。通过使用该夹持设备可避免用手拿和定位电路板造成的不方便和高劳动强度，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
请参考图1，其揭示了一种电脑或其他电子设备的电路板的简略示意图。该电路板10为大面积的薄板，在电路板10上有各种电子元件(图未示)，为了电路板夹持设备可以夹持该电路板10，在电路板上开设有夹持孔11和定位孔12。
请参考图2，其揭示了电路板夹持设备的一种实施方式。该电路板夹持设备20包括一握持部21、一机架22、一定位部23、和三个夹持柱24。机架22包括两个垂直机架221和一水平机架222。垂直机架221的顶部安装握持部21，每一垂直机架221中部开有竖槽223，水平机架222包括三个不在同一直线上的顶端224(参考图3)。
请一并参考图4，定位部23包括一定位杆232、一定位盘233及一定位柱234。定位杆232的两端位于竖槽223内，分别通过一弹簧231连接于垂直机架221；定位柱234平行于夹持柱24，其一端固定于定位杆232上，其柱体穿过定位盘233上的孔和水平机架222上的孔(图未示)，在定位柱234的另一端为细小的定位头235。定位盘233安装于水平机架222上，其高度远大于水平机架222的高度，可在定位柱234移动时防止其晃动。
请一并参考图5，三个夹持柱24分别安装于水平机架222的三个顶端224上。每一夹持柱24的顶端为一半球形的夹持头242，在夹持柱24和夹持头242之间有一夹持槽241，夹持头242相对夹持槽241凸出，夹持头242的最大截面积稍小于电路板10的夹持孔11的截面积。
请参考图6-图7，当需移动电路板10时，可单手握住电路板夹持设备20的握持部21和定位杆232，将定位杆232拉向握持部21，使定位柱234上升；然后使三个夹持头242分别对准电路板10的三个夹持孔11，移动电路板夹持设备20，使夹持头242进入夹持孔11内直至夹持柱24接触电路板10；平移电路板夹持设备20，使得孔11处的电路板10进入夹持槽241内，电路板10在垂直于电路板10的方向上被固定于电路板夹持设备20上；放开定位杆232，定位杆232在弹簧231的弹力和自身重力作用下下移，推动定位柱234上的定位头235进入电路板10的定位孔12中，电路板10在平行于电路板10的方向上被固定于电路板夹持设备20上。此时电路板10已被完全固定于电路板夹持设备20上，提起并移动该电路板夹持设备20，将电路板10移动到位。然后，通过和前述电路板10和电路板夹持设备20的连接步骤相反的步骤，松开电路板10和电路板夹持设备20的连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种电路板夹持设备，其包括一机架、一固定于机架上的握持部，机架上有两个相对的竖槽，其特征在于，该设备还包括：
多个不在同一直线上的夹持柱，其固定于机架上，每一夹持柱的顶部包括一凸起的夹持头；
一定位部，其包括一定位杆和一定位柱，定位杆穿过该两个竖槽，和机架以弹性元件连接，定位柱和定位杆固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，该弹性元件为弹簧。
3.如权利要求1所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，该夹持柱的数目为三个。
4.如权利要求1所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，该定位柱和该夹持柱彼此平行。
5.如权利要求1所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，该定位柱的顶端为较定位柱小的定位头。
6.如权利要求2所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，该设备还包括一定位盘，其安装于机架上。
7.如权利要求5所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，该定位柱穿过该定位盘。
8.如权利要求1所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，在该夹持柱和夹持头之间有夹持槽。
9.如权利要求1所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，该夹持头呈半球形。
10.如权利要求1所述的电路板夹持设备，其特征在于，该机架包括二个垂直机架和一水平机架。
