Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种超薄型感应小便斗冲洗器，包括有箱体以及设置于箱体内的电源部件、电磁阀和截止阀，其中电磁阀的出水口与内出水管通过活动插接的方式连接于一起，并连接处设有密封圈，电磁阀的进水口与截止阀通过螺母旋接固定。由本实用新型所提供的小便斗冲洗器可迅速、便捷地实现电磁阀的拆、装，使得冲洗器的安装及维修变得更为方便；同时箱体采用高强度抗冲击的材料制成，因而可使箱体做得又薄又小，使得冲洗器的适装范围更广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种感应小便斗冲洗器，尤其是为解决现有感应小便斗冲洗器所存在的安装问题而提供的一种超薄型感应小便斗冲洗器。
背景技术
随着新材料的应用，使得建筑上墙体的厚度越来越薄，而传统的感应小便斗所使用的预埋盒箱体一般比较厚，因此安装时会产生很多问题，从而对于感应洁具产品的推广使用带来阻碍。
另外传统的感应洁具中的重要部件---电磁阀，其安装方法往往采用两端螺母固定式，即进水端和出水端分别采用一个螺母与其它零配件相旋接固定，这样对于产品的安装以及后续的维修带来诸多不便。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种装、拆简易，维修方便，适用广泛的超薄型感应小便斗冲洗器。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：该超薄型感应小便斗冲洗器，包括有箱体，箱体内设置有电源部件、电磁阀及截止阀，其中电磁阀的进水口和出水口分别与截止阀和内出水管相接，其特征是所述的电磁阀出水口与内出水管上端部插接配合，并两者之间设有密封圈，所述的电磁阀进水口与截止阀通过螺母旋接固定。
所述的内出水管上端部加工有环形凹槽，凹槽内嵌置有O型密封圈。
所述的箱体采用高强度抗冲击的ABS材料制成。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：由于电磁阀与内出水管之间通过活动插接的方式连接于一起，因而可迅速、便捷地实现电磁阀的拆、装，使得冲洗器的安装及维修变得更为方便；同时箱体采用高强度抗冲击的材料制成，因而可使箱体做得又薄又小，从而使得冲洗器的适装范围更广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
参照图1所示，本实用新型超薄型感应小便斗冲洗器主要是由一带有面板5的箱体1及设在箱体内的电源部件2、电磁阀3与截止阀4所组装构成，其中箱体1采用强度高、抗冲击性能好的ABS材料制成。这样可使箱体1做得小而薄，箱体的总高度仅为53mm，比传统的箱体薄了将近30mm，从而使得冲洗器的适装范围更广。
而所述的电磁阀3是采用活接式装配，就是电磁阀3的出水端采用套接的方法。具体是在内出水管6的上端部与电磁阀3的出水口内壁插接配合的外周面上加工有两道环形凹槽，凹槽内分别嵌置有一O型密封圈7。当阀体安装时，直接把电磁阀3的出水口套到内出水管6上，安装到位后，再将电磁阀3的进水口用活接螺母固定到截止阀4部件上。维修时，只要将与截止阀部件连接的螺母旋开，即可直接将电磁阀3拔起。采用这样方式对于电磁阀的安装及维修变得很方便。

1、一种超薄型感应小便斗冲洗器，包括有箱体(1)，箱体内设置有电源部件(2)、电磁阀(3)及截止阀(4)，其中电磁阀(3)的进水口和出水口分别与截止阀(4)和内出水管(6)相接，其特征在于：所述的电磁阀(3)出水口与内出水管(6)通过活动插接的方式连接于一起，并连接处设有密封圈(7)，所述的电磁阀(3)进水口与截止阀(4)通过螺母旋接固定。
2、如权利要求1所述的超薄型感应小便斗冲洗器，其特征在于：所述的内出水管(6)上端部加工有环形凹槽，凹槽内嵌置有O型密封圈(7)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的超薄型感应小便斗冲洗器，其特征在于：所述的箱体(1)采用ABS材料制成。
