本实用新型所述的一种低成本高性能LED照明电路,以低成本的方式解决对LED照明的供电问题。其电路包括:电容限流电路;整流电路;不必高耐压元件的稳流电路;便于维护的LED指示电路。稳流电路,其独特的接法使三极管及接于三极管基极的电容可以采用低压元件,并有很宽的自适用能力而免调试。本实用新型的有益效果是,与传统供电电路相比,电路简单、功耗低,无需调试,具有元件成本和生产成本均较低的优点,是一种廉价高性能的LED照明供电电路。

本实用新型涉及一种专用的LED照明电路。
背景技术
高亮度白光LED照明具有发光效果高、寿命长、绿色环保等优点,并随着技术的成熟,LED成本将越来越低,LED照明将取代目前的白炽灯、日光灯照明。目前,LED发光采用恒流供电,对各元件的耐压要求较高,成本较高,恒流电路的调节也会使生产成本提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种低成本高性能LED照明电路,以低成本的方式解决对LED照明的供电问题。其电路包括:电容限流电路;整流电路;不必高耐压元件的有源稳流电路;便于维护的LED指示电路。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:用电容C1进行限流,R1为并联于C1两端的放电电阻,与整流电路构成串联电路。C2为接于整流输出端的储能滤波电解电容。整流输出直流电源经稳流电路加到LED组。稳流电路由T、C3、R2、R3、R4等组成,请参阅图1。其独特的接法使C3的耐压要求极低,调整R4的大小可使而T的耐压在低至40V时电路也能安全可靠地工作;串联的LED单元构成LED组,并联于LED单元两端的电阻构成便于维护的LED单元指示电路,可以在对应LED单元断路时,其它良好的LED单元微亮,从而更换受损的LED单元或将其短路进行应急修理。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于不是恒流电路,因此更简单、成本更低。对于LED照明,本实用新型的稳流电路能达到与恒流电路相同的效果,并减少了电路功耗,效率更高。整个电路免调试,可降低生产成本低。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种低成本高性能LED照明电路,并联有电阻R1的交流电容C1与由四个二极管组成的桥式整流电路串联后接入交流电源,整流输出端接有储能滤波电解电容C2,输出直流电源经稳流电路后加到LED组,点燃LED灯,如图1所示。

1.一种低成本高性能LED照明电路,其特征是:并联有电阻R1的交流电容C1与整流电路串联后接入交流电源,稳流电路与LED组串联后接于整流电路的直流输出端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本高性能LED照明电路,其特征是:所述的整流电路的直流输出端并联有一个电解电容C2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本高性能LED照明电路,其特征是:稳流电路由三极管T、电解电容C3和电阻R2-R4组成,有A、B两端,三极管T的集电极连接A端,T的基极与A、B端之间分别有电阻R2和电解电容C3,T的发射极与A、B两端之间分别有电阻R4和R3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本高性能LED照明电路,其特征是:所述的LED组是由LED单元串联组成,在每个LED单元上均并联有一个电阻。
