本实用新型是一种以半导体发光二极管为光源的新型灯具。其特点是光源为串联和/或并联在电路板上的LED、LED作为负载、与带光控开关GK的整流滤波电路和带恒流源LM317的电流调整电路连接。灯体可为直管形、环管形、球面、球体形等多种形状。本实用新型具有能低压工作以较小电流产生较高亮度、发光响应速度快仅10-7-10-8S、驱动显示电路简单、体积小、可靠性高、功耗低、耐振动、抗冲击等特点,寿命长达十万小时以上。较现有光源节电80%以上,是一种大有前途的绿色灯具。

本实用新型涉及照明或装饰用灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(LED)是非相干光源,是无阈值器件,其工作原理是自发辐射,发出的是荧光。LED分面发光型LED和边发光型LED。面发光型LED驱动电流较小,输出光功率较大,寿命长,制造工艺简单,价格低廉。因而是一种较为理想的新光源,但作为照明或装饰用光源,需多个组合使用。
发明内容
本实用新型就是一种以半导体发光二极管作为光源的新型灯具。它由光源和灯体部分组成。光源为串联和/或并联在电路板上的LED,LED作为负载,与带光控开关GK的整流滤波电路和带恒流源LM317的电流调整电路连接。本实用新型半导体二极管灯可以制成各种形状,如直管形、环管形、球面、球体形。简单常见的如普通日光灯的直管形。灯体为内置电路板及LED的透明灯管,灯管两端有与灯座电源插接的灯脚,灯管内壁有插卡固定电路板的纵向凹槽或凸棱。根据灯具使用要求,电路板上的LED可按发光光束发散角大小的不同,分行排列。本实用新型具有能低压工作,以较小电流产生较高亮度、发光响应速度快仅10-7-10-8S、驱动显示电路简单、体积小、可靠性高、功耗低、耐振动、抗冲击等特点,寿命长达十万小时以上。较现有光源节电80%以上,是一种大有前途的绿色灯具。

图中,A整流滤波电路,B电流调整电路,C负载、C1-C4电容、R1-R4电阻、LED1-n发光二极管、GK光控开关、LM317恒流源,1灯脚,2发光二极管,3灯管,4电路板,5凹槽或凸棱,6封头。
具体实施方式
如附图所示,半导体发光二极管,由光源和灯体构成。光源为串联和/或并联在电路板4上的发光二极管2、发光二极管2作为负载与带光控开关GK的整流滤波电路和带恒流源LM317的电流调整电路连接。灯体的内置电路板4及发光二极管2的透明灯管3,灯管3两端有与灯座电源插接的灯脚1,灯管内壁有插卡固定电路板4的纵置凹槽或凸棱5。整流滤波电路A和电流调整电路B可另为一体,置于灯管3外,亦可置于灯管3内。

Claims (3)

1、半导体发光二极管灯,由光源和灯体构成,其特征在于所说的光源为串联和/或并联在电路板(4)上的LED(2)、LED(2)作为负载、与带光控开关(GK)的整流滤波电路和带恒流源LM317的电流调整电路连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的半导体二极管灯,其特征在于所说的灯体为内置电路板(4)及LED(2)的透明灯管(3),灯管(3)两端有与灯座电路连接的灯脚,灯管(3)内壁有插卡固定电路板(4)的纵向凹槽或凸棱(5)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的半导体二极管灯、其特征在于所说的由整流滤波元件及电流调整电路构成的整流器自成一体,置于灯管之外。
