Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,具有一长带状软性磁化基片,所述基片可含有复合在其上端面的喷涂层或涂布层,及披覆在其下端面的黏胶层,以及基片至少一表面上布置有一相同方向连续排列的压纹组织所构成,并且形成一包卷状态,以利于使用者携带,及便于使用者用以一外力或剪力沿所述至少一连续排列的压纹组织施加于这基片时,可从该压纹组织布置的路径简易撕裂或撕断。
Description
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,尤指一种胶带形式的软性磁化基片上布置有一相同方向压纹组织,用以提供使用者沿所述任一同向压纹的方向,施行免刀切的徒手撕裂或撕断。
背景技术:
一般软质磁铁多是以氧化铁或其它可磁性粉末加入橡、塑料或树脂等混合而制成的复合片型或块型材料,经由至少一次的着磁加工,利用脉冲电流通过具有不同分割磁化区的导磁盘,用以使该基础材料表面感应出不同磁性的磁极;形成具韧性且可相互吸附或吸附于铁质材料(被吸物)的软质磁铁,而该等软质磁铁可被制成装饰性磁块(片)、磁铁夹、磁性活页夹或其它文件辅助定位对象等,近来更发展出薄化的软质磁铁片,而使其应用范围更为广泛。
通常,软质磁铁在生产过程中,必须经过成型充磁处理及切割等程序,方能产出使用。
然而,传统的软质磁铁除利用切割方式配合客户的要求来进行分割或分块外,薄片型磁铁则需仰赖切断工具来达成,使用上仍有不便之处。更甚者,若该等软质磁铁需施以长距离之切割作业时,目前仍需仰赖精密的量测及定位平台来进行切割作业,而在一个模块化的软质磁铁生产在线,上述的工具测量和切割作业,让产制过程变得比较麻烦,也增加了生产的成本,而相对降低整个生产产能。
另一个有关这类薄片磁铁结构的课题是,有业者发现若将传统上收绕成卷,而令其一端在需要时,可被引出剪成片段,再黏贴于物品之上以达成黏接成披覆保护作用的单面胶带,应用结合于这磁铁薄片上,在某些使用情形中,可带来方便性,于是将上述传统单面胶带再改良其结构,例如,在中国台湾公告的第500126号「改良式双面胶带」新型专利,揭示了具有上述典型的传统结构。
在上述专利案中,显示出有关胶带结构设计方面的改良,或增进其功能等课题,来增加产业上的利用价值;例如上述中国台湾公告第500126号「改良式双面胶带」,主要是于软性塑料料材质,如聚氯乙烯脂(PVC)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)等制作的胶带本体底面涂覆有黏胶层,而胶带本体的顶面一体复合有高黏性双面胶膜,使胶带本体形成双面均具黏性表层的结构,并于胶膜的背部贴合双面油光离型纸,而以成卷绕方式构成一双面胶带。
然而,对于上述胶带本体结构还有再创新改良的空间,以因应不同的需求性;例如,可再改良或设计已知胶带,使其结构组织结合薄片或条状软性磁铁基片,并且使这磁铁基片具有可简便撕离的作用下,使其两面分别结合喷涂层或涂布层与黏胶层之结构,而同时具有黏着力与磁吸力等,这类课题在上述的参考数据中,并未被揭露或讨论。
因此若能重行考虑该软质磁铁的组织结构,并能使其结构具有更简易地可裁切性及方便性,此将有别于已知技术,且能改善上述生产程序较为麻烦的缺失。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其上布置有一相同方向压纹组织,用以提供使用者沿该压纹组织布置的路径可简易撕裂或撕断。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其具有一长带状软性磁化基片,该基片包含有复合在其一离形面的喷涂层或涂布层,以及披覆在其另一端面的黏胶层;其特点是:所述基片至少一表面上布置有一连续排列的压纹组织,并且将基片形成一包卷状态。
所述离形面的单一方向上布置有一同方向排列的压纹组织。所述离形面的不同方向分布有不同方向排列的压纹组织。
所述压纹组织为一设定深度的沟槽。所述压纹组织包含脊部,以及相邻于每一脊部之间的谷部。所述压纹组织为一线形凹沟、为一线形排列的凹点、或为一线形排列的细穿孔。
所述基片上设有一预定长度的压纹组织。所述预设长度为每单位磁极间距。所述预设长度形成非等间距型式。所述压纹组织由不规则形状的压纹所构成。所述基片上复合的喷涂层或涂布层为混拌有颜料的喷涂层或涂布层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:该胶带的基片至少一表面上布置有一相同方向连续排列的压纹组织,并且形成一包卷状态,以利于使用者携带,便于使用者用以一外力或剪力沿所述至少一连续排列的压纹组织施加于该基片时,可从该压纹组织布置的路径简易撕裂或撕断。

具体实施方式:
请参阅图1及图2所示,大体上是具有一长带状软性磁化基片11,该基片11包括一设置在其一侧面的喷涂层或涂布层可为具离形效果的剂料或颜料的离形面12,以及一结合在其另一侧面的黏胶层13所构成;并且可在该具喷涂层或涂布层121的离形面12上,布置一在相同方向且连续排列的压纹组织14,其布置型式可为等间距,如图2所示;非等间距,如图5所示;或依磁极间距,如图6所示,等不同型式。在本实施例中,该压纹组织14以一设定深度的沟槽型式配置在该离形面12上;使所述离形面12朝向外侧,黏胶层13的一面朝向内侧,共同形成一卷收状态。
图2显示了磁化基片11的一断面放大示意图,显示每一压纹组织14可等间距(或非等间距或依磁极间距)的在该基片11上形成一类似锯齿排列的构形,每一压纹组织14包含脊部141,以及相邻于每一脊部141之间的谷部142。所述谷部142主要是变更这基片11的厚度,以容许上述的外力或剪力可沿谷部142形成的路径撕开这磁性胶带的作用。在这个实施例中,使用者不需要取用裁切工具执行,即可完成磁性胶带体的分段。再者,上述压纹组织14的型态可为一线形凹沟,或为线形排列的凹点,或为线形排列的细穿孔如图10所示等。
在一个较佳的实施例中,上述条或带状软性磁化基片11选取塑料或橡胶或树脂等材料,来与可被磁性化物质混合,以形成一薄片体或原基片11a;然后,在一生产在线将所述薄片体或原基片11a加以充磁,其上、下端面并且分别在生产过程中布置结合有具离形效果的喷涂层或涂布层121(可为具有离形效果的剂料或颜料),以及一高黏性的黏胶层13,如感压黏胶层,再以自动化裁切机具卷绕成卷收状态的结构。
所述卷收过程,是使黏胶层13朝向内侧,具离形效果的离形面12朝向外侧而依序收卷成多层次包卷状态,该等喷涂层或涂布层121被用以隔离黏胶层13,以利于基片11的内、外层的撕离。
请参阅图3,特别显示了一自动化裁切机具的裁切、卷收作业的示意图,提供了复数个滚筒单元20、刀具组24,及已加工过而具有压纹组织14的原基片11a;该原基片11a设置于主滚筒21上,使原基片11a经双滚筒23带出后,由刀具组24分割,及副滚筒22的卷收,使原基片11a成复数条基片11,分布于各副滚筒22上卷收,以形成多层次包卷状态。
请参阅图4,在另一可行的实施例中,显示了自动化裁切机具的裁切、卷收及压纹作业的示意图;是使该双滚筒23于离形面12的相同端面上,布置有具备同一方向纹路排列的刀痕211,使原基片11a通过所述双滚筒23时,在原基片11a上建立一压纹组织14,然后经分割、卷收的作业;其中,该压纹组织14的排列态样,决定于刀痕211的型式,经压纹作业后,可使该基片11上形成横向排列,如图8所示;或纵向排列,如图12所示;点状或针孔分布,如图4所示;波浪状分布,如图11所示,或其它的形态布置组织。
请参考图3及图4,可以了解的是,一设置有压纹组织14的磁性胶带,在操作上,容许人员可以徒手施加一外力或剪力沿所述至少一连续排列的压纹组织14的方向撕开;而在一个较佳的实施例中,请参阅图11,显示了本实用新型的一衍生的实施例,可将该软性磁化基片11上,设有一预定长度的压纹组织14,以利于在一特定尺寸下使用时,而可直接撕开使用,无须反复的数数该连续排列的压纹组织14。也可以利用一辅助工具,如:尺具或刀片等,将预先设有压纹的磁性胶带,依其所需的尺寸、形状,沿其压纹的方向直接操作撕开,而免于对每一磁性胶带在切割前需再加以测量,以及需再利用切割工具实施切割处理的麻烦。
相较于现有的的产制作业,本实用新型的软质磁铁在模块生产下,具更方便与更佳的产制作用。
综合以上所述可知,本实用新型具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,已改善旧法中的缺失,且在磁铁业界技术发展有限的领域中,展现了相当大的进步,已充分符合专利的要件。
惟以上所述,仅为本实用新型的各种较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本实用新型,大凡熟悉本项技艺的人,在不悖离本实用新型的精神范围内所作的各种变化或均等修饰,均应属本专利范围所涵盖。
Claims (13)
1、一种具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,具有一长带状软性磁化基片,该基片包含有复合在其一离形面的喷涂层或涂布层,以及披覆在其另一端面的黏胶层;其特征在于:所述基片至少一表面上布置有一连续排列的压纹组织,并且将基片形成一包卷状态。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述离形面的单一方向上布置有一同方向排列的压纹组织。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述离形面的不同方向分布有不同方向排列的压纹组织。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述压纹组织为一设定深度的沟槽。
5、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述压纹组织包含脊部,以及相邻于每一脊部之间的谷部。
6、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述压纹组织为一线形凹沟。
7、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述压纹组织为一线形排列的凹点。
8、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述压纹组织为一线形排列的细穿孔。
9、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述基片上设有一预定长度的压纹组织。
10、根据权利要求9所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述预设长度为每单位磁极的间距。
11、根据权利要求9所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述预设长度形成非等间距型式。
12、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述压纹组织由不规则形状的压纹所构成。
13、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具磁性的免刀切胶带结构,其特征在于:所述基片上复合的喷涂层或涂布层为混拌有颜料的喷涂层或涂布层。
