本实用新型公开了一种组合式岩心爪总成,由取心内筒下接头、缩径套、卡箍式岩心爪和一把抓式岩心爪组成,取心内筒下接头依次螺纹连接缩径套和一把抓式岩心爪,缩径套内管壁设计为圆锥面,卡箍式岩心爪安装在缩径套内管壁的圆锥面上,卡箍式岩心爪上端的外径大于取心内筒下接头下端的内径,其有益效果是无论割心层段为硬地层还是软地层,或是软硬交错地层均可直接割心,克服了单一岩心爪的不足之处,从而提高取心收获率。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种组合式岩心爪总成,属石油地质钻探取心工具技术领域
背景技术:现有的石油地质钻探取心工具包括卡箍式的岩心爪和一把抓式岩心爪,都只有单一的岩心爪,如卡箍式的岩心爪适应于硬地层,当岩心不成柱、成柱强度不高或岩心变细时无法抓取井下岩心;一把抓式岩心爪适应于软地层取心,当遇硬地层,岩心强度高时,岩心爪不能收拢,也无法抓取岩心,造成取心收获率不高,而地层岩性往往是软硬交错,功能单一的岩心爪不能满足实际取心工作的需要。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的取心工具功能单一,取心收获率低的缺陷,设计一种既能适应于软地层,也适应于硬地层或软硬交错地层取心的组合式岩心爪总成。
组合式岩心爪总成由取心内筒下接头、缩径套、卡箍式岩心爪和一把抓式岩心爪组成,取心内筒下接头依次螺纹连接缩径套和一把抓式岩心爪,缩径套内管壁设计为圆锥面,卡箍式岩心爪安装在缩径套内管壁的圆锥面上,卡箍式岩心爪上端的外径大于取心内筒下接头下端的内径。
本实用新型的有益效果是无论割心层段为硬地层还是软地层,或是软硬交错地层均可直接割心,克服了单一岩心爪的不足之处,从而提高取心收获率。

具体实施方式:由附图1可知,本实用新型由取心内筒下接头1、缩径套2、卡箍式岩心爪3和一把抓式岩心爪4组成,取心内筒下接头1依次螺纹连接缩径套2和一把抓式岩心爪4,缩径套2内管壁设计为圆锥面,卡箍式岩心爪3安装在缩径套2内管壁的圆锥面上,卡箍式岩心爪3上端的外径大于取心内筒下接头1下端的内径,当卡箍式岩心爪3上行至取心内筒下接头1处时,可挡住卡箍式岩心爪3在岩心进入内筒时不随岩心上行,起到限位作用,同时,卡箍式岩心爪3内径放至最大,岩心可顺利通过,割心时,卡箍式岩心爪3在缩径套2内管壁的圆锥面上下行,卡箍式岩心爪3直径缩小抓紧岩心,卡箍式岩心爪3在割心时若遇硬地层段,上提钻具卡住岩心割心,遇软地层起辅助抓心作用,还可在硬地层段接单根后再次取心,以提高取心进尺;缩径套2下端的一把抓式岩心爪4适合松散破碎地层段,投球割心效果较好,即无论割心层段为硬地层还是软地层,或是软硬交错地层,本实用新型均可直接割心,克服了单一岩心爪的不足之处,将大大提高取心收获率。

1、一种组合式岩心爪总成,由取心内筒下接头(1)、缩径套(2)、卡箍式岩心爪(3)和一把抓式岩心爪(4)组成,其特征在于取心内筒下接头(1)依次螺纹连接缩径套(2)和一把抓式岩心爪(4),缩径套(2)内管壁设计为圆锥面,卡箍式岩心爪(3)安装在缩径套(2)内管壁的圆锥面上,卡箍式岩心爪(3)上端的外径大于取心内筒下接头(1)下端的内径。
