本实用新型涉及一种聚酯熔体管线真空状态下的取样装置。
背景技术
业内人士都知道,聚酯生产在预聚合、聚合和最终的造粒过程是在真空状态下进行的。聚酯聚合熔体在高温下是一种处于熔融状态的粘稠液体,为了掌握聚酯熔体反应动态的进行并有效的进行工艺调整,必须对聚酯熔体经常进行取样检测,假如在熔体管线上直接开口取样,熔体管道内的熔体不仅不会向外流动,而且还会造成氧气的进入使产品的品质下降。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于聚酯生产过程中熔体管线真空状态下的取样装置。
为实现上述的目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:它由熔本管道、分流管、阀门、取样容器和底盖组成。熔体管线的管道上装有带法兰盘的分流管,锥台形取样容器的两底部固定有连接用的法兰盘,分流管通过阀门A和取样容器的小端连通,取样样容器的大端装有底盖,其侧壁上装有和破真空阀门B连接的管。
在正常生产状态下取样时,关闭阀门B和固定好取样容器及底盖,而后将阀门A打开,聚酯熔体流入取样容器内,再将阀门A关闭,然后打开阀门B,将取样容器取下,取出聚酯熔体进行检测分析。本装置结构简单,操作容易。

具体实施方式
熔体管线的管道1上装有一端带法兰盘的分流管2,锥台形取样样容器4的两底部固定有连接用的法兰盘,分流管2通过阀门A3和取样容器4的小端连通,取样容器4的大端装有底盖6,取样容器4的侧壁上装有和阀门B5连接的管。

1、一种由聚酯熔体管道、分流管、阀门A、锥台形取样容器、阀门B和容器底盖组成的聚酯熔体管线真空状态下的取样装置,其特征是:聚酯熔体管道(1)上装有带法兰盘的分流管(2),取样容器(4)的两底部固定有连接用的法兰盘,分流管(2)通过阀门A(3)和取样容器(4)的小端连通,取样容器(4)的大端装有底盖(6),其侧壁上装有和阀门B(5)连接的管。
