本实用新型旨在克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种能够制取热水的同时能够制取冷水、节能效果好的热泵热水机组。
按照本实用新型提供的热泵热水机组,包括蒸发器、压缩机、冷凝器,所述蒸发器输出端与四通阀一输入端相通,所述四通阀一输出端与压缩机输入端相通,所述压缩机输出端与所述四通阀另一输入端相通,所述四通阀另一输出端与冷凝器输入端相通,冷凝器输出端通过膨胀阀及第二电磁阀与冷回收器输入端相通,所述冷回收器的输出端通过第三电磁阀与蒸发器输入端相通,所述第一电磁阀的一端接在膨胀阀输出端与第二电磁阀输入端,所述第一电磁阀的另一端接在第三电磁阀输出端与蒸发器输入端之间。

具体实施方式
参见图1,示出本实用新型一种热泵热水机组的一种优选实施例,包括蒸发器1、压缩机2、冷凝器3,所述蒸发器1输出端与四通阀4一输入端相通,所述四通阀4一输出端与压缩机2输入端相通,所述压缩机2输出端与所述四通阀4另一输入端相通,所述四通阀4另一输出端与冷凝器3输入端相通,冷凝器3输出端通过膨胀阀5及第二电磁阀6与冷回收器7输入端相通,所述冷回收器7的输出端通过第三电磁阀8与蒸发器1输入端相通,所述第一电磁阀9的一端接在膨胀阀5输出端与第二电磁阀6输入端,所述第一电磁阀9的另一端接在第三电磁阀8输出端与蒸发器1输入端之间,该结构能够制取热水的同时能够制取冷水且节能效果好。
工作时,蒸发器1吸收空气中的热量后,其工质蒸发生成低压过热气体,压缩机2中经绝热压缩变成高温高压的气体,经冷凝器3定压冷凝成为中温高压液态工质(放出显热和潜热到热水池10中将水加热,实现制取热水的功能);液态工质经膨胀阀5降压绝热节流后成为低温低压气液两态工质,再进入冷回收器7吸收冷水池11中水的热量而蒸发,同时冷水池中水被冷却变成冷冻水实现到取冷水的功能,冷水在未达到设定温度时,第一电磁阀9关闭,第二电磁阀6和第三电磁阀8打开,待给水池11达到设定温度后第一电磁阀9打开,第二电磁阀6和第三电磁阀8关闭,经过冷回收器7后蒸发的工质再进入蒸发器1中再蒸发变成过热,再进入压缩机2压缩,重复循环从而达到制取热水的同时能够提供冷水,实现一机两用,真正达到节能效果。

1、一种热泵热水机组,包括蒸发器(1)、压缩机(2)、冷凝器(3),其特征在于所述蒸发器(1)输出端与四通阀(4)一输入端相通,所述四通阀(4)一输出端与压缩机(2)输入端相通,所述压缩机(2)输出端与所述四通阀(4)另一输入端相通,所述四通阀(4)另一输出端与冷凝器(3)输入端相通,冷凝器(3)输出端通过膨胀阀(5)及第二电磁阀(6)与冷回收器(7)输入端相通,所述冷回收器(7)的输出端通过第三电磁阀(8)与蒸发器(1)输入端相通,所述第一电磁阀(9)的一端接在膨胀阀(5)输出端与第二电磁阀(6)输入端,所述第一电磁阀(9)的另一端接在第三电磁阀(8)输出端与蒸发器(1)输入端之间。
