软管灯以其多变的造型和独特的光线效果,已经广泛应用于各种户内外的装饰中,如专利号为:2004100632066.5的专利公开了一种软管灯的改良结构,他提供了一种可以模拟霓虹灯均匀连续的光线效果的软管灯,已经广受人们的喜爱,但是如果在户外使用,经常会受到雨水的侵蚀和强紫外线的腐蚀,尤为突出的是在海上,海水的强腐蚀性和海上强烈的紫外线对软管灯的危害很大,会大大减小软管灯的使用寿命,为此人们渴望得到一种耐腐蚀、抗紫外线、尤其是在海上可以长时间安全使用的软管灯。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种耐腐蚀、抗紫外线、尤其是在海上可以长时间安全使用的软管灯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是一种改良软管灯,包括:一芯线、设置于芯线内的多个LED、设置于LED上方的一与芯线等长的散光体、一包覆与芯线及散光体外的与芯线等长的包覆层、一用于将软管灯与电源线相连的接头,特征在于:所述包覆层与散光体外围设置有一耐腐蚀抗紫外线的透明涂料层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果有:由于包覆层与散光体外围设置有一耐腐蚀、抗紫外线的透明涂料层,所以可在户外尤其是在海上可以长时间安全使用,有效地避免了海水的侵蚀和海上强烈的紫外线对灯体的腐蚀,延长了产品的使用寿命,而且工艺结构简单,经济成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述,如图2所示本实用新型包括:一芯线1、设置于芯线1内的多个LED 2、设置于LED 2上方的一与芯线1等长的散光体3、一包覆于芯线1及散光体3外的与芯线1等长的包覆层4、一用于将软管灯与电源线相连的接头5,如图3所示,其特征在于:所述包覆层4与散光体3外围设置有一耐腐蚀、抗紫外线的透明涂料层6。由于包覆层4与散光体3外围设置有一耐腐蚀、抗紫外线的透明涂料层6,所以可在户外尤其是在海上可以长时间安全使用,避免了海水的侵蚀和海上强烈的紫外线对灯体的腐蚀,而且工艺结构简单,经济成本低。

1.一种改良软管灯,包括:一芯线(1)、设置于芯线内的多个LED(2)、设置于LED(2)上方的一与芯线(1)等长的散光体(3)、一包覆于芯线(1)及散光体(3)外的与芯线(1)等长的包覆层(4)、一用于将软管灯与电源线相连的接头(5),特征在于:所述包覆层(4)与散光体(3)外围设置有一涂料层(6)。
