Abstract

本实用新型公开的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,分为锁杆和锁头两部分,其特征在于,所述的锁杆内有RFID芯片和电缆接插件,RFID芯片与电缆接插件电气连接;所述的锁头内有与所述锁杆内的电缆接插件相匹配的接插件和与该接插件连接的天线。本实用新型将目前市面上传统的机械货柜锁与RFID技术相结合,采用超高频(UHF)RFID技术,克服了众多缺点,实现了远距离通信,传输距离至少可达10米且无指向性,可抗一吨以上的拉力,外观新颖、小巧,价格低廉,一次性使用免维护,能为货柜通关自动化及运输管理提供高效、稳定的自动化服务。

Description

UHF全向无源电子货柜锁
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种货柜锁,特别涉及一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁。
背景技术
当前货柜运输市场中,货柜锁一般采用传统的机械式货柜锁、条形码、有源RFID电子货柜锁。采用传统的机械锁,其价格虽低廉,却不具备通关自动化能力;有源电子货柜锁具备提供货柜运输自动化能力,但价格昂贵,外形较大,需利用电池电力传输,在短期内必须对其进行维护,且又面临回收难的问题。而采用高频(HF 13.56MHZ)RFID电子货柜锁,则不能实现远距离传输,  且信号传输一般有较强指向性。
采用以上方式,不但增大企业的运营成本,且很难实现真正意义上的货柜通关自动化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,将目前市面上传统的机械货柜锁与RFID技术相结合,采用超高频(UHF)RFID技术,克服了众多缺点,实现了远距离通信,传输距离至少达10米且无指向性,可抗一吨以上的拉力,外观新颖、小巧,价格低廉,一次性使用免维护,能为货柜通关自动化及运输管理提供高效、稳定的自动化服务。
一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,分为锁杆和锁头两部分,其特征在于,所述的锁杆内有RFID芯片和电缆接插件,RFID芯片与电缆接插件电气连接;所述的锁头内有与所述锁杆内的电缆接插件相匹配的接插件和与该接插件连接的天线。
当锁杆插入锁头内时,锁杆上的电缆接插件与锁头内的接插件接触,使锁杆内的RFID芯片通过电缆接插件和锁头内的接插件与天线形成回路,使之达到工作状态,便于外部读写器的读写。
为了达到全指向性,避免方向性读取的问题和增强天线的发送和接收性能,所述天线为螺旋形天线。
为了达到RFID芯片与天线以及RFID芯片与电缆接插件之间电气连接的最佳匹配阻抗匹配值,在RFID芯片与电缆接插件之间电连接中增加一阻抗匹配器。阻抗匹配器的作用是使RFID芯片、天线及电缆接插件三者间达到最佳阻抗匹配值,增强数据传输性能,如传输距离等。
所述RFID芯片与电缆接插件之间通过电缆电气连接。
本实用新型还可以做如下的改进:
所述锁杆为一金属中空构件,RFID芯片、电缆接插件以及RFID芯片与电缆接插件之间的电缆内嵌在该金属中空构件的空腔内。
或者所述锁杆包括一金属管件和金属管件外中上部的锁杆头构成,在金属管件底部的管腔内嵌有电缆接插件,在锁杆头内嵌有RFID芯片,RFID芯片与电缆接插件电气连接的电缆穿过金属管件的管腔。
锁杆采用金属中空构件或者金属管件,除坚固杆体外,也能起到屏蔽外部电磁波的接收与内部电磁波信号的发送,以避免在UHF全向无源电子货柜锁未锁住之前被读取到或者因人体感应等其它外因而被读取到。
当所述锁杆采用金属管件和金属管件外中上部的锁杆头构成时,一般来讲,锁杆头都是采用橡塑材料包覆在金属管件外制成的,如用ABS材料包覆。可以将金属管件的头部上加一锥形金属块,扩成喇叭口状,这样是为了防止用强力将锥形金属块拉出而导致锁具最终被开启。锁杆头外再采用橡塑材料,如ABS材料包覆。以使金属管件与锁杆头紧密结合,保证金属管件与锁杆头结合的牢固性。
同样,为了屏蔽外部电磁波的接收与内部电磁波信号的发送,所述锁头也为一与锁杆相匹配的金属中空构件,与所述锁杆内的电缆接插件相匹配的接插件嵌在金属中空构件的空腔内,与该接插件连接的天线伸出金属中空构件外。
为了与上述锁杆的金属管件配合,所述锁头包括一与锁杆的金属管件相配合的金属套和包覆在金属套外的橡塑构件,所述锁杆内的电缆接插件相匹配的接插件嵌在金属套内,天线伸出橡塑材料构件外。
为了保护天线,在橡塑构件外套有一天线罩。
为了实现锁杆与锁头之间的紧密结合,锁住后不易被拉出,在锁杆的金属中空构件或者金属管件外的底部开有双凹槽,并在锁头的金属中空构件或金属套内设置卡簧。当锁杆插入锁头内时,卡簧可卡入到锁杆的金属中空构件或者金属管件外的底部的凹槽内。保证了锁头与锁杆之间至少可达到一吨的拉力。
为了实现锁杆的金属锁头部分不至被强力拉出,金属锁头采用梯形设计,金属管件采用外扩为喇叭口形态的设计,此设计可使两者紧密结合,能承受较强的拉力。
为了保证本实用新型的UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,在潮湿、雨天等情况下,水不会流入到锁头和锁杆内,在锁头内设有一密封圈,密封圈可以密封住锁杆与锁头之间的间隙。
由于采用了上述技术方案后,本实用新型所提供的UHF全向无源电子货柜锁克服了使用超高频UHF传输距离短的技术难关,并能够承受较强的抗外力性,无方向性,安装简便,且外形美观小巧,一次性使用免维护,能极大的提高货柜运输的通关效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合一较好的实施例进一步阐述本实用新型。
参看图1,UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,分为锁杆1和锁头2两部分,锁杆1包括一金属管件11和金属管件11外中上部的锁杆头12构成,在金属管件11底部的管腔111内嵌有电缆接插件13,在锁杆头12内嵌有RFID芯片14,RFID芯片14与电缆接插件13之间通过电缆15和一阻抗匹配器16电气连接,电缆15和穿过金属管件11的管腔111,阻抗匹配器16位于金属管件11的管腔111内。
在金属管件11外的上开有双凹槽112,金属管件11的头部有一圆锥形金属块113将锁杆头12扩成喇叭口状。锁杆头12外采用橡塑材料,如ABS材料包覆制成,这样金属管件11与锁杆头12能够紧密结合,保证金属管件11与锁杆头12结合的牢固性。
锁头2包括一与锁杆1的金属管件11相配合的金属套21和包覆在金属套21外的橡塑构件22,与锁杆1内的电缆接插件13相匹配的接插件23嵌在金属套21的底部内,在接插件23上焊有一螺旋型的天线24。天线24伸出橡塑构件22外。
为了保护天线24,在橡塑构件22外套有一天线罩25。天线罩25也是采用ABS材料制成的。
在锁头2的金属套21内设置一卡簧27并在锁头2的橡塑构件22内设有一密封圈26,密封圈26可以密封住锁杆1的金属管件11与锁头2之间的间隙,以防止水流入锁头2和锁杆1内。
当锁杆1上的金属管件11的底部插入到锁头2的金属套21内时,锁杆1上的金属管件11内的电缆接插件13插在锁头2的金属套21内的接插件23上,并与接插件23接触,使锁杆1内的RFID芯片14通过电缆15、阻抗匹配器16、电缆接插件13和锁头2内的接插件23与天线24形成回路,使之正常工作,便于外部读写器的读写(参看图2)。由于所述的电缆接插件13位于金属管件11的官腔111内,避免了使用者因无意触碰电缆接插件13,由人体感应使锁杆1在未被插入锁头2时被外部的Reader读取到RFID芯片14的数据。
同时,锁头2的金属套21内也开有双凹槽212,在双凹槽212内安装有卡簧27,当锁杆1的金属管件11插入到锁头2的金属套21内时,卡簧27可卡入到锁杆1的金属管件11外的双凹槽212内。保证了锁头2与锁杆1之间至少可以抵抗一吨的拉力。
参见图2,使用时,将UHF全向无源电子货柜锁置于集装箱货柜的锁孔中并锁住,在锁住货柜的同时,通过锁杆1内的电缆接插件13与接插件23连接,锁杆1内部的RFID芯片14与锁头2中的天线24接通,形成一个回路,达到工作状态,当货车行至通关关口时,在有效距离内(至少可达到10米),RFID芯片14会接收到位于通关关口的读写器所发出的信号,并通过天线4将RFID芯片14中的数据发出,由读写器接收并交后台进行适当处理。
在未上锁的时候,电缆接插件13与接插件23断开,RFID芯片14封闭在锁杆1内,屏蔽了外部电磁波的接收与内部电磁波信号的发送,确保在电子货柜锁未锁住之前被读取到,或者因人体感应等其它外因而被读取到。
当然,对于本领域的一般技术人员,不花费创造性的劳动,在上述实施例的基础上能够作多种变化,同样能够实现本实用新型的目的。但是,这种变化显然应该在本实用新型的权利要求书的保护范围内。

Claims (15)

1、一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,分为锁杆和锁头两部分,其特征在于,所述的锁杆内有RFID芯片和电缆接插件,RFID芯片与电缆接插件电气连接;所述的锁头内有与所述锁杆内的电缆接插件相匹配的接插件和与该接插件连接的天线。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述天线为螺旋形状。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:在所述RFID芯片与电缆接插件之间电连接中增加一阻抗匹配器。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述RFID芯片与电缆接插件之间通过电缆电气连接。
5、如权利要求1至4任一项权利要求所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述锁杆为一金属中空构件,所述RFID芯片、电缆接插件以及RFID芯片与电缆接插件之间的电缆及阻抗匹配器内嵌在该金属中空构件的空腔内。
6、如权利要求1至4任一项权利要求所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述锁杆包括一金属管件和金属管件外中上部的锁杆头构成,在金属管件底部的管腔内嵌有电缆接插件,在锁杆头内嵌有RFID芯片,RFID芯片与电缆接插件电连接的电缆穿过金属管件的管腔。
7、如权利要求6所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述锁杆头采用橡塑材料包覆在所述金属管件外制成的。
8、如权利要求7所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述橡塑材料为ABS材质。
9、如权利要求6所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述金属管件的头部有一扩成喇叭口状的圆锥体金属块。
10、如权利要求5所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述锁头也为一与锁杆相匹配的金属中空构件,与所述锁杆内的电缆接插件相匹配的接插件嵌在金属中空构件的空腔内,与该接插件连接的天线伸出金属中空构件外。
11、如权利要求6所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:所述锁头包括一与锁杆的金属管件相配合的金属套和包覆在金属套外的橡塑构件,所述锁杆内的电缆接插件相匹配的接插件嵌在金属套内,天线伸出橡塑材料构件外。
12、如权利要求11所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:在橡塑构件外套有一天线罩。
13、如权利要求10所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:在所述锁杆的金属中空构件外开有双凹槽,并在锁头的金属中空构件内设置卡簧;当锁杆插入锁头内时,卡簧可卡入到锁杆的金属中空构件凹槽内。
14、如权利要求11所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:在锁杆的金属管件外的底部开有双凹槽,并在锁头的金属套内设置卡簧,当锁杆插入锁头内时,卡簧可卡入到锁杆的金属管件外的底部的凹槽内。
15、如权利要求1所述的一种UHF全向无源电子货柜锁,其特征在于:在所述锁头内设有一密封圈,密封圈可以密封住锁杆与锁头之间的间隙。
