Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种减缓压力式听诊器，包括安装在听诊管水平段内端部的耳塞及用于安装的耳塞外螺纹段，外螺纹段沿听诊管水平段具有向外的一个延长段，在该延长螺纹段上安装有耳罩。本实用新型由于在耳塞的外侧安装有可沿听诊管上的外螺纹段左右调节的耳罩，通过调节耳罩与耳塞之间的位置，可以减轻耳塞对外耳道的压力，既不影响听诊效果，又可避免对外耳道造成伤害，在一定程度上还可以减轻外界噪声的干扰，集中注意力，提高诊断水平，特别适合长时间使用听诊器的医务人员配戴。而该耳罩可以随时从听诊管上旋下，作为普通听诊器使用。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，尤其是一种减缓压力式听诊器。
背景技术
在医院，医护人员在为患者的诊治过程中，听诊器是一种必不可少的医疗器械，一名医务人员每天可能要几十次甚至上百次地为服务对象进行听诊、测血压等。在卫生防疫站或疾病预防控制机构，每年都要进行学校卫生健康查体、职业性危害健康查体、食品从业人员健康查体、投保人员健康查体以及驾驶员的健康查体等工作。参加这些预防性健康查体的临床大夫工作量非常大，一般每天要为500-600人进行听诊、测血压等常规检查。而在这些机构中，真正从事临床工作的人员有限，一般只有3-4临床大夫常年从事这项工作。所以，临床大夫在为大家服务的同时，由于常年配戴听诊器，造成外耳道入口处红肿、疼痛，不能正常使用听诊器，进而影响工作进度和质量，还有些人外耳道入口处结茧老化，造成耳部不适。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能减缓外耳道压力的听诊器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括安装在听诊管水平段内端部的耳塞及用于安装的耳塞外螺纹段，其结构特点是所述的外螺纹段沿听诊管水平段具有向外的一个延长段，在该延长螺纹段上安装有耳罩。
采用上述结构后，由于在耳塞的外侧安装有可沿听诊管上的外螺纹段左右调节的耳罩，通过调节耳罩与耳塞之间的位置，可以减轻耳塞对外耳道的压力，即不影响听诊效果，又可避免对外耳道造成伤害，在一定程度上还可以减轻外界噪声的干扰，集中注意力，提高诊断水平，特别适合长时间使用听诊器的医务人员配戴。而该耳罩可以随时从听诊管上旋下，作为普通听诊器使用。

具体实施方式
参照附图，该减缓压力式听诊器包括安装在听诊管1水平段内端部的耳塞3及用于安装的耳塞3外螺纹段4，在听诊管1上通过胶管5连接有听诊器头6，所述的外螺纹段4沿听诊管1水平段具有向外的一个延长段，在该延长螺纹段上安装有耳罩2，耳罩2具有与耳朵对应的形状，其中间部位带有与听诊管1上的外螺纹段4对应的内螺纹，且耳罩2内侧的近耳面处填充有柔软材料。

1、一种减缓压力式听诊器，包括安装在听诊管(1)水平段内端部的耳塞(3)及用于安装的耳塞(3)外螺纹段(4)，其特征是所述的外螺纹段(4)沿听诊管(1)水平段具有向外的一个延长段，在该延长螺纹段上安装有耳罩(2)。
