Description
技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种斜管，主要用于水处理工程及设备。
背景技术 沉淀池是水处理工程中最基本的设施。和普通沉淀池相比，斜管沉淀池具有去除率高，停留时间短，占地面积小的优点，而其关键部件就是斜管。现有的沉淀池斜管有圆形、梯形、正六边形等，但都存在不足之处：圆形粘接困难、空隙率大；梯形耗材；正六边形不便加工。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的斜管，它排泥顺畅、水力条件好、省料且加工组装方便，沉淀效果佳。本实用新型可以通过以下的措施来实现：将若干平齿形薄板齿对齿粘接，组成断面为矩形的斜管组。
附图说明 图1是齿顶宽为a、厚度为h的两块平齿形薄板，齿形对接组合成一个个高为H，宽为B矩形斜管。B≤H，a＜1.414h。图2是一组这种斜管的截面图。图3是一组这种斜管的立体图。
具体实施方式 本实用新型采用粘合剂将塑料薄板热轧成的平齿形片齿对齿粘接，即组成了断面为矩形的斜管组。与梯形斜管相比，水力条件好(雷诺数小、佛兰德数大)，并且结构简单，用料少，加工组装方便，成本较低。本实用新型的安装要求与方法，和其它类型斜管相同。
Claims (2)
1、一种用于水处理工程中的斜管，其特征是斜管断面形状为由平齿形的齿平面对称性粘接组合成的高度H大于或等于宽度B的倒外角矩形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的斜管，其特征是斜管断面矩形的高度与宽度的比值在1.0-2.0之间。
