一种简易式地暖地板，涉及地热取暖装置，解决了目前地热取暖现场施工时间长、成本高、热传导率低、而且冬季由于气温低无法施工的问题，其技术方案是：包括保温板、金属传热板、温水管、放热板，金属传热板设在保温板上面，保温板和金属传热板上相应设有管槽，温水管设在管槽内，金属传热板上面设有放热板，贯穿保温板设置支撑加强件。本实用新型用于地热取暖，结构简单，不需现场施工养护，不受气候温度的限制，任何季节都可施工，当日施工，第二天即可取暖，施工时间短；各项费用比现行的水泥混凝土结构节省30％～40％；由于热量从温水管通过金属传热板直接到达放热板，热传导率高。

本实用新型涉及取暖装置，尤其是涉及一种地热取暖用的简易式地暖地板。
背景技术：
目前，为了缩小取暖装置占地面积，城市冬季取暖逐渐向地热取暖方向发展。然而，现在地热取暖一般是先铺设保温板，然后上面设置温水管，温水管之间填满细石，最后再覆盖一层水泥沙浆。这种地热取暖现场施工时间长，成本高，热传导率低，而且冬季由于气温低无法施工。
发明内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种施工时间短、成本低、热传导率高、而且施工工艺不受温度影响的简易式地暖地板。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括保温板、金属传热板、温水管、放热板，金属传热板设在保温板上面，保温板和金属传热板上相应设有管槽，温水管设在管槽内，金属传热板上面设有放热板，贯穿保温板设置支撑加强件。
本实用新型结构简单，使用时可直接拼接组合，不需现场施工养护，当日施工，第二天即可取暖，施工时间短；节省人力、物力和财力，成本低，各项费用比现行的水泥混凝土结构节省30％～40％；由于热量从温水管通过金属传热板直接到达放热板，热传导率高；地暖地板在工厂内加工完毕即可在室内铺装，所以施工不受气候温度的限制，任何季节都可施工。

具体实施方式：
参照附图，本实用新型包括保温板1、金属传热板2、温水管4、放热板5，保温板1选择高强度的EPS，金属传热板2选择纯度为99％的金属铝板，试验得出其热传导率在20℃时为196瓦米-1开尔文-1，温度传导率为每小时0.340平方米，放热板选择天然物质的镁板，金属传热板2设在保温板1上面，保温板1和金属传热板2上相应设有管槽3，温水管4设在管槽3内不高于金属传热板2，金属传热板2上面设有放热板5，贯穿保温板1且上下左右每相隔15厘米设置支撑加强管件6，鉴于室内拐角和弧度的需要，保温板1和金属传热板2上相应设置的管槽及其管槽内设置的温水管可以做成任何曲线形。

1、一种简易式地暖地板，其特征在于：包括保温板(1)、金属传热板(2)、温水管(4)、放热板(5)，金属传热板(2)设在保温板(1)上面，保温板(1)和金属传热板(2)上相应设有管槽(3)，温水管(4)设在管槽(3)内，金属传热板(2)上面设有放热板(5)，贯穿保温板(1)设置支撑加强件(6)。
