Abstract

一种镂空字牌地插灯，涉及地插灯领域。由背面设有PVC胶片的木制或铁质镂空字牌与固定镂空字牌的边框固定形成灯箱，边框连接有内空地插支撑杆，灯串穿过地插支撑杆内孔位于灯箱内。地插灯顶部可以连接用于悬挂的挂钩。支撑杆可以呈透明体花纹结构。镂空字牌可以木制。本实用新型提供的镂空字牌地插灯，使用镂空字牌通过PVC胶片透光，用灯串作光源，形成一个可以亮光并具有一定意义的文字字牌，在圣诞节或其它不同场所摆放，起到提醒和告知作用，具有较好的装饰效果。由于镂空字牌容易制作各种不同含义的文字，使得该种结构的地插灯具有极强的实用性和极大的产品市场。

本实用新型涉及一种地插灯，尤其涉及一种镂空字牌地插灯。
背景技术
现有地插灯结构，绝大部分是靠改变地插灯标示牌本身的功能或形状，改变装饰效果。其水管灯、灯串居多，有的形成灯光追逐、声音问候等效果。动感效果较好。设计师们在灯的造型、色彩、功能上下功夫较多。但针对文字性装饰没有较好方案，使得其应用受到限制。
本实用新型设计师以全新的设计理念，开拓设计思路，设计出的镂空字牌地插灯结构，针对文字字牌具有较好的设计方案，产品容易制造，使文字字牌与地插灯的结合融为一体，使地插灯的节日装饰效果更加明确、具体、和谐。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种镂空字牌地插灯，产品容易制造，文字装饰效果好，起到提醒和告知作用，使得节日气氛更加和谐。
为了此目的，本实用新型提供的镂空字牌地插灯，由背面设有PVC胶片的镂空字牌与固定镂空字牌的边框固定形成灯箱，边框连接有内空地插支撑杆，灯串穿过地插支撑杆内孔位于灯箱内。
上述镂空字牌地插灯顶部连接有用于悬挂的挂钩。
上述内空地插支撑杆呈透明体结构。
上述内空地插支撑杆带有花纹。
上述镂空字牌呈木制结构。
上述镂空字牌呈箭头或多边形结构或圣诞老人结合长方形结构。
与现有地插灯相比较，本实用新型提供的镂空字牌地插灯，使用镂空字牌粘贴PVC胶片透光，使用灯串作光源，形成一个可以亮光并具有一定意义的文字字牌，在圣诞节或其它不同场所摆放，起到提醒和告知作用，具有较好的装饰效果。由于镂空字牌容易制作各种不同含义的文字，使得该种结构的地插灯具有极强的实用性。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2、图3，本实用新型的镂空字牌地插灯，由背面贴有PVC胶片的镂空字牌1与固定镂空字牌1的边框2固定形成灯箱5，边框2连接有内空地插支撑杆3，灯串4穿过地插支撑杆内孔位于灯箱5内。镂空字牌呈木制结构，内空地插支撑杆呈带有花纹的透明体，从中穿过的灯串可以使插杆呈亮灯状态。图1表示了多边形结构的镂空字牌。图2、图3表示了箭头结构的镂空字牌。通过支撑杆地插户外使用。
镂空字牌还可以是圣诞老人结合长方形的结构或其它图形结构。使用木制或塑胶或铁质板材，其支撑杆也可以使用不透明材料，其中不设置灯串，不亮灯。其顶部设置挂钩将其挂在户内使用。
该镂空字牌地插灯插在道路两旁使用，由于字牌上可以直接镂空制作各种文字，利用灯箱光源使PVC胶片透光，文字制作方便较灯串绕制文字精致，起到提醒和告知作用，警示效果好。产品制作成本低。
基于本实用新型的设计构思，其镂空字牌和支撑杆的形状结构可以不受本实用新型公开所限制，使用木版或铁皮镂空字牌借助PVC胶片又圣诞灯、水管灯、LED灯做光源透光的地插灯结构，属于本实用新型保护范围的方案。

1、一种镂空字牌地插灯，其特征在于：其由背面设有PVC片的镂空字牌与固定镂空字牌的边框固定形成灯箱，边框连接有内空地插支撑杆，灯串穿过地插支撑杆内孔位于灯箱内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的镂空字牌地插灯，其特征在于：所述镂空字牌地插灯顶部连接有用于悬挂的挂钩。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的镂空字牌地插灯，其特征在于：所述内空地插支撑杆呈透明体结构。
4、根据权利要求3所述的镂空字牌地插灯，其特征在于：所述内空地插支撑杆带有花纹。
5、根据权利要求1所述的镂空字牌地插灯，其特征在于：所述镂空字牌呈木制结构。
6、根据权利要求1所述的镂空字牌地插灯，其特征在于：所述镂空字牌呈箭头或多边形结构或圣诞老人图案结合长方形结构。
