本实用新型涉及一种根管锉,它用于对牙齿的修理、矫正,包括把手,在把手一端固定设有金属锉体,金属锉体表面覆盖有隔离膜层,使金属锉体的金属部分不外露,隔离膜层的厚度为2~3μm。金属锉体为螺旋状NiTi记忆合金锉体,隔离膜层为Ti-O膜层。本实用新型能够很好地解决传统不锈钢根管锉存在刚性不大、易弯曲、易穿透牙齿髓腔等缺点,现有的NiTi记忆合金在人体体液的作用下,会有Ni2+离子析出,它有导致人体致畸致癌的作用等方面存在的问题。

根管锉
一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种矫正牙齿用的工具,特别是涉及一种对损坏牙齿进行处理的根管锉。
二、背景技术:目前使用的不锈钢制根管锉存在刚性不大、易弯曲、易穿透牙齿髓腔等问题。现有的NiTi记忆合金具有柔软性好、弹性大等优点,是做为锉体材料取代传统根管锉的材质,制成后有不易穿透髓腔等优点,但由于NiTi合金在人体体液的作用下,会有Ni2+离子析出,它有导致人体致畸致癌的作用,如何阻断Ni2+离子进入人体,且又不失去NiTi记忆合金所具有的柔软性好、弹性大等优点是本实用新型所研究的课题。
三、发明内容:
1、发明目的:本实用新型提供一种根管锉,其目的在于解决传统不锈钢根管锉存在刚性不大、易弯曲、易穿透牙齿髓腔等缺点,现有的NiTi记忆合金制成的根管锉在人体体液的作用下,会有Ni2+离子析出,它有导致人体致畸致癌的作用等方面存在的问题。
2、技术方案:本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种根管锉,它包括把手,在把手一端固定设有金属锉体,其特征在于:金属锉体表面覆盖有隔离膜层,使金属锉体的金属部分不外露,隔离膜层的厚度为2~3μm。
金属锉体为螺旋状NiTi记忆合金锉体,隔离膜层为Ti-O膜层。
3、优点及效果:通过本实用新型技术方案的实施,能够很好地解决传统不锈钢根管锉存在刚性不大、易弯曲、易穿透牙齿髓腔等缺点,现有的NiTi记忆合金制成的根管锉在人体体液的作用下,会有Ni2+离子析出,它有导致人体致畸致癌的作用等方面存在的问题。本实用新型采用了仿生物的Ti-O覆膜技术,将锉体表面利用真空磁控溅射覆盖上一层2~3μm左右的Ti-O膜层,这个厚度经发明人反复实验得出,它既保证了锉体的金属部分不外露,使Ni2+永远不接触人体,又保证了金属锉体原有的性能,如弹性、刚性等,不影响使用效果,由此而成为一种安全且性能良好的口腔科工具-覆膜的根管锉。

五、具体实施方式:
实施例1:
如附图1、2所示,本实用新型一种矫正牙齿用的根管锉,它包括塑料或木制的把手1,在把手1一端固定设有金属锉体2,金属锉体2采用NiTi记忆合金制成螺旋状,金属锉体2表面用真空磁控溅射法覆上隔离膜层3,隔离膜层3为Ti-O膜层,隔离膜层3的厚度为2~3μm,这个厚度的隔离膜层3既保证了金属锉体2的NiTi记忆合金的锉体不外露,使用时金属部分不接触人体,不会出现Ni2+离子对人体造成损害的现象,又保证了金属锉体原有的弹性、刚性等性能,不会影响使用效果,同时膜层也不易脱落,使用寿命也大大地延长了,由此成为一种安全且性能良好的口腔科工具-覆膜根管锉。

1、一种根管锉,它包括把手(1),在把手(1)一端固定设有金属锉体(2),其特征在于:金属锉体(2)表面覆盖有隔离膜层(3),使金属锉体(2)的金属部分不外露,隔离膜层(3)的厚度为2~3μm。
2、根据权利要求1中所述的根管锉,其特征在于:金属锉体(2)为螺旋状NiTi记忆合金锉体,隔离膜层(3)为Ti-O膜层。
