Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种应用于硬脊膜外腔和蛛网膜下腔联合麻醉的轨道式腰椎联合穿刺针,在硬脊膜外穿刺针针栓上设置引导小管道(3),针梗的外壁开设一条槽,腰穿针尖采用单侧弯曲结构(4)。当实施麻醉时,先用硬脊膜外穿刺针穿到硬脊膜外腔,置入硬膜外导管,再用腰穿针经硬脊膜外穿刺针针栓上的小管道(3)引导进入硬膜外穿刺针针梗上的槽并滑行到硬脊膜外腔,再往前深入进入蛛网膜下腔,注药后,依次退出腰穿针和硬膜外穿刺针,同时留下硬脊膜外导管。本实用新型优点:①.可以先置硬脊膜外导管再在蛛网膜下腔注药;②.可以避免硬脊膜外导管经硬脊膜上的针眼进入蛛网膜下腔的可能;③.可以使硬脊膜的导管更易置入硬脊膜外腔。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种应用于硬脊膜外腔和蛛网膜下腔联合麻醉的轨道式腰椎联合穿刺针。
背景技术
传统的技术方法是先将硬脊膜外穿刺针穿到硬脊膜外腔,然后将腰穿针经由硬脊膜外穿刺针内腔送抵硬脊膜外腔后再深入刺穿硬脊膜和蛛网膜后抵达蛛网膜下腔注药后,退出腰穿针,然后经由硬脊膜外穿刺针置入硬膜外导管后再退出硬脊膜外穿刺针,完成麻醉穿刺操作。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种操作实用强的,科学合理的腰椎联合穿刺针。一种轨道式腰椎联合穿刺针,由硬脊膜外穿刺针(1)、腰穿针(2)构成,其特征是,硬脊膜外穿刺针针栓上设置引导小管道(3),针梗的外壁设置一条槽(8)作为轨道,腰穿针的针尖设置成鸟嘴状(4)。
本实用新与现有技术相比有下列优点:
1、本实用新型可以先置硬膜外导管,再往蛛网膜下腔注药,避免了传统方法中蛛网膜下腔注药后,硬脊膜外腔置管困难带来的尴尬;
2、避免了硬膜外导管经腰穿针在硬脊膜上留下的针眼误入蛛网膜下腔的可能;
3、适当改变了硬脊膜外穿刺针针尖部出口平面与针梗纵轴夹角的角度,使其更易引导硬膜外导管进入硬脊膜外腔。

具体实施方式
按常规方法先将硬脊膜外穿刺针穿到硬脊膜外腔后,经硬脊膜外穿刺针置入硬脊膜外导管,取腰穿针(2)让其针尖(4)经硬脊膜外穿刺针针栓上的引导小管道(3)入口(5)处进入,由(6)处出口,再前送与硬脊膜外穿刺针针梗上的槽(8)(即轨道),相交于(7)处,继续推进使其沿槽(8)滑行进入到硬脊膜外腔(注意:必须让腰穿针鸟嘴状针尖部的腹侧紧贴轨道底部滑行,这样,腰穿针才不易偏离轨道),再推进少许,感到落空感后拨出腰穿针针芯,见脑脊液流出,证实针尖部在蛛网膜下腔后,经此针往蛛网膜下腔注入局麻药后拨出腰穿针,再拨出硬脊膜外穿刺针,留下硬膜外导管,完成穿刺过程。
Claims (4)
1、一种轨道式腰椎联合穿刺针,由硬脊膜外穿刺针(1)、腰穿针(2)构成,其特征是,硬脊膜外穿刺针针栓上设置引导小管道(3),针梗的外壁设置一条槽(8)作为轨道,腰穿针的针尖设置成鸟嘴状(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轨道式腰椎联合穿刺针,其特征是所述的硬脊膜外穿刺针针栓上的引导小管道(3),能引导腰穿针进入针梗上的槽(8)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的轨道式腰椎联合穿刺针,其特征是硬脊膜外穿刺针上的槽,能使腰穿针顺着其滑行。
4、根据权利要求1所述的轨道式腰椎联合穿刺针,其特征是腰穿针的针尖采用鸟嘴状(4),其腹侧适宜紧贴在针梗上的槽(8)底部滑行。
