一种节能换气装置,它主要由壳体,电机和风扇等组成,所述的壳体内安装有板翅式换热器,一双联双轴单电机分别相连着正反转的风扇叶轮,且风扇叶轮各自位于进出风道上;所述的电机与风扇叶轮构成了小型贯流式风机,在壳体上对应于进出风道设置有进出口风门;所述的壳体内安装的板翅式换热器为高效紧凑的铝合金传热翅片换热器,且在换热器内取消了常规的导流翅片;所述的板翅式换热器为竖式布置或平行布置;竖式布置时,室内进排气口低于或高于室外进排气口;平行布置时,室内进排气口与室外进排气口基本处于同一平面,另在室外进排气口上设置有进出口风门;它具有结构简单,使用方便,换能效果好,使用费用低,便于推广应用等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种室内换气用的装置,尤其是一种在室内换气的同时,能进行能量交换的以保持室内温度的换气装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们需要生活在一个温度适宜的空间,如在冬天,室内需要安装有暖气设备,以保持室内的温度比室外高;而到了夏季,人们又需要开启室内的制冷空调设备,通过制冷将室内的温度保持在比室外的温度低。但是长期的密闭空间会造成空气的混浊,影响人们的身体健康,这时,人们就需要不间断地从室外向室内补充新鲜空气,通常采取的办法是:开窗或装换气扇等等。但这些措施采取后的结果是:室内冷量或热量的大流失。虽然目前已有人想到采用换能扇装置,即在常规的换气扇基础上增设内部的换能器,进出空气在经过换能器后相互进行能量的交换,从而回收部分的冷量或热量,达到节能的效果。但无论是从中国专利公报上检索到的换能扇专利技术,还是市场上难得一见的换能扇产品,均存在着结构复杂、体积较大,换能效果不佳,使用费用较高等缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单,使用方便,换能效果好,使用费用低的节能换气装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,它主要由壳体,电机和风扇等组成,所述的壳体内安装有板翅式换热器,以双联双轴单电机分别相连着正反转的风扇叶轮,且风扇叶轮各自位于进出风道上。
所述的电机与风扇叶轮构成了小型贯流式风机,在壳体上对应于进出风道设置有进出口风门。
所述的壳体内安装的板翅式换热器为高效紧凑的铝合金传热翅片换热器,且在换热器内取消了常规的导流翅片。
所述的板翅式换热器为竖式布置,室内进排气口低于或高于室外进排气口;在室外进排气口上设置有进出口风门。
所述的板翅式换热器为平行布置,室内进排气口与室外进排气口基本处于同一平面;在室外进排气口上设置有进出口风门。
本实用新型主要是为了满足人们健康、节能需求而设计的换气节能装置,实现了在对空调密闭房间的室内外空气流通过程中冷、热能量的有效回收。
本实用新型在进行室内外换气时通过采用紧凑高效的铝制板翅式热交换器来实现冷、热能量的有效回收。如在夏天:当室内开空调制冷时,室内外温度分别为26℃和36℃时,通过本装置可使将室内26℃的浑浊空气排出室外时升温至约33.5℃;同时,将室外36℃的清新空气抽至室内时降温至约28℃。这样,进入室内的清新空气已经有28℃了,空调制冷只需要将其降低2℃,即可达到26℃的室内温度了;否则,清新空气直接从室外补充的话,空调就要制冷降温10℃。也就是本装置有效地回收了8℃温差的空气能量,按每小时置换10m3空气测算,可回收约1%的能量,即一台1匹空调制冷一天可节约约200W电能,一年可减少73kW电能。因此,采用了本装置,达到了既清新室内空气同时又节能的目的,推广使用后,其经济效益和社会效益都是很大的。同样,在冬季室内取暖时,本装置也是适用的。
本实用新型所述的送、排风采用专门设计的双联双轴单电机的小型贯流式风机来实现室内外空气的对流,能耗极低,噪音非常小,完全能够满足人们休闲时静音的要求。它具有结构简单,使用方便,换能效果好,使用费用低,便于推广应用等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细的介绍:附图中所示,本实用新型主要由壳体1,电机2和风扇叶轮3等组成,所述的壳体1内安装有板翅式换热器4,该板翅式换热器4为高效紧凑的铝合金传热翅片换热器,且在换热器内取消了常规的导流翅片,专门的流路设计,结构布置,使在很小阻力降(十几个帕斯卡)时,有足够的换热性能。所述的电机2为一双联双轴单电机2,它分别相连着正反转的风扇叶轮3,且风扇叶轮3各自位于进出风道上。
所述的电机2与风扇叶轮3构成了小型贯流式风机,由一只电机2同时带动两个正、反转的风扇叶轮3旋转,来达到同步送、排风的效果。本实用新型还在壳体1上对应于进出风道设置有进出口风门5。
本实用新型为了满足不同场合的安装、使用需要,可以采用窗式(附图1所示)和在墙体上打孔穿入安装的穿墙式(附图2所示)等结构型式。
图1所示为所述板翅式换热器呈竖式布置,又称之为窗式布置,室内进排气口低于或高于室外进排气口;在室外进排气口上设置有进出口风门5。窗式——外型尺寸、安装方式等均类似于普通换气扇。当有需要时,可方便地调换上本装置。
附图2所示的是板翅式换热器为平行布置,又称之为穿墙式布置,其室内进排气口与室外进排气口基本处于同一平面;在室外进排气口上设置有进出口风门5。穿墙式——创造性地利用分体空调室内、外机管线的穿墙孔,既弥补了分体空调补充新风的不足,又能经过专门设计后,美化管线进户区域墙面。这种型式可作为分体空调配件选用,非常有市场潜力。
为了满足不同用户对换气量的不同要求,针对家庭、办公室、会议室、宾馆和空调车辆等空调密闭空间设计一系列产品系列。当然,也可以安装数台来满足。
本实用新型所述的室内面板部分除了设计的美观、和谐外,还可以设计成可外挂壁钟、轻型吊篮、装饰挂件等。

1、一种节能换气装置,它主要由壳体,电机和风扇组成,其特征在于所述的壳体(1)内安装有板翅式换热器(4),一双联双轴单电机(2)分别相连着正反转的风扇叶轮(3),且风扇叶轮(3)各自位于进出风道上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能换气装置,其特征在于所述的电机(2)与风扇叶轮(3)构成了小型贯流式风机,在壳体(1)上对应于进出风道设置有进出口风门(5)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的节能换气装置,其特征在于所述的壳体(1)内安装的板翅式换热器(4)为高效紧凑的铝合金传热翅片换热器,且在换热器内取消了常规的导流翅片。
4、根据权利要求3所述的节能换气装置,其特征在于所述的板翅式换热器(4)为竖式布置,室内进排气口低于或高于室外进排气口;在室外进排气口上设置有进出口风门(5)。
5、根据权利要求3所述的节能换气装置,其特征在于所述的板翅式换热器(4)为平行布置,室内进排气口与室外进排气口基本处于同一平面;在室外进排气口上设置有进出口风门(5)。
