技术领域
本实用新型涉及输液软袋接头，尤其是指具有折断式外盖的非PVC输液软袋接头，属于医药包装技术。
背景技术
现有的输液软袋的外盖一般采用铝塑组合盖，由铝盖和塑料盖组成。非PVC输液软袋的接头组合包括PC连接头、铝塑组合盖和胶塞。胶塞采用的是丁基胶塞，固定在铝塑盖和中间有流液通孔的PC连接头之间起密封作用。铝盖和塑盖的连接采用的是多点焊接的工艺，对丁基胶塞不能起到真正的密闭，在输液软袋灭菌后，不能保证丁基胶塞表面无菌。护士在临床使用过程中，还要用酒精药棉对丁基胶塞表面作消毒处理，不仅操作繁琐，还不能保证胶塞表面无菌，难以保障输液安全。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有折断式外盖的非PVC输液软袋接头，不采用铝塑组合盖却能实现更好的密封、达到无菌的状态，并具有使用方便的特点。
为实现上述目的，是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种具有折断式外盖的非PVC输液软袋接头，包括有一个中间有液流通孔的PC连接头，PC连接头的一端连接输液软袋上的软管，丁基胶塞放置于PC连接头内，折断式外盖则被固定在PC连接头的头部，其特征在于：上述的折断式外盖在其顶部设置有一折断后可露出部分丁基胶塞表面的折断机构。
上述的折断机构与外盖一体成型，并具有一个作为受力部位的用于折断的受力柄。
上述结构的输液软袋接头，在非PVC输液软袋接头外盖的顶部设置有一折断后可露出部分丁基胶塞表面的折断机构，外盖套压在PC连接头的外部，起到了密封，防外界污染，折断外盖的折断机构后不用消毒就可以直接穿刺。这样的方式，屏弃了在铝盖外再套压塑料外盖的方式，不仅保证了丁基胶塞的无菌，并具有使用方便的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，为一种具有折断式外盖的非PVC输液软袋接头，包括有一个中间有液流通孔的PC连接头1，PC连接头1的一端连接输液软袋上的软管，丁基胶塞2放置于PC连接头1内，折断式外盖3则被固定在PC连接头1的头部，在折断式外盖3的顶部设置有一折断后可露出部分丁基胶塞表面的折断机构4，折断机构4与外盖3一体成型，并具有一个作为受力部位的用于折断的受力柄5。
上述结构的输液软袋接头，在非PVC输液软袋接头外盖3的顶部设置有一折断后可露出部分丁基胶塞表面的折断机构4，外盖3套压在PC连接头1的外部，起到了密封，防外界污染，外盖3的折断机构4后不用消毒就可以直接穿刺。这样的方式，屏弃了在铝盖外再套压塑料外盖的方式，不仅保证了丁基胶塞2的无菌，并具有使用方便的特点。

1、一种具有折断式外盖的非PVC软袋输液接头，包括有一个中间有液流通孔的PC连接头，PC连接头的一端连接输液软袋上的软管，丁基胶塞放置于PC连接头内，折断式外盖则被固定在PC连接头的头部，其特征在于：上述的折断式外盖在其顶部设置有一折断后可露出部分丁基胶塞表面的折断机构。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种具有折断式外盖的非PVC软袋输液接头，其特征在于：上述的折断机构与外盖一体成型，并具有一个作为受力部位的用于折断的受力柄。
