技术领域
本实用新型属于液压密封技术领域，特别涉及一种可用于六面顶压机活塞壁密封槽中支撑固定密封圈的挡圈。
背景技术
六面顶压机高压腔活塞上的密封对压机正常工作非常关键，其密封通过在活塞壁上设置密封槽、密封槽中上、下位置设置挡圈，且在挡圈中间设置密封圈来实现。现有挡圈是一个整体圆环，在装配时需要先行加热使其膨胀，套入密封槽后靠自然冷却收缩固紧在密封槽内，装卸麻烦。且由于材料差异和安装条件不同，挡圈收缩比不同，挡圈的外圆周会有部分高出活塞外圆表面，从而使挡圈和缸体直接接触磨损。在活塞运行过程中，磨损的部分粘在活塞上，或者混在液压油中，对活塞运行不利，对液压系统的阀件经常造成损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种易于装卸的固定密封圈的挡圈。
为达上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：固定密封圈的挡圈，挡圈上设有对接接口，接口部分设有相互适配的对接块。
对接块上设有轴向连接孔。
接口一侧自外向内设有台阶面对接块，接口另一侧有榫板对接块，榫板与台阶面自外向内贴合，台阶面对结块与榫板对接块中间对应位置设有连接孔，台阶面对结块上连接孔为沉槽孔。
本实用新型中，挡圈整体加工而成，先在挡圈上固定位置加工罗纹连接孔，然后加工阶梯型切口，之后再加工出榫板结构即可。使用时，挡圈可以不经过加热直接安装，装配后在连接孔中拧上定位螺丝即可。装卸方便，装卸过程中，挡圈尺寸不发生变化，定位可靠，不会因安装原因发生异常磨损。

具体实施方式
固定密封圈的挡圈，挡圈上设有对接接口，接口一侧自外向内设有台阶面对接块1，接口另一侧有榫板对接块2，榫板对接块2与台阶面对接块1自外向内贴合，台阶面对结块1与榫板对接块2中间对应位置设有连接孔3，台阶面对结块1上设有连接孔，该孔可为沉槽孔。4为连接螺钉。

1、固定密封圈的挡圈，其特征在于，挡圈上设有对接接口，接口部分设有相互适配的对接块。
2、如权利要求1所述的固定密封圈的挡圈，其特征在于，对接块上设有轴向连接孔。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的固定密封圈的挡圈，其特征在于，接口一侧自外向内设有台阶面对接块，接口另一侧有榫板对接块，榫板与台阶面自外向内贴合，台阶面对结块与榫板对接块中间对应位置设有连接孔，台阶面对结块上连接孔为沉槽孔。
