Abstract
本实用新型技术方案公开的一种过滤净水器及其净水工艺涉及水处理技术领域,该过滤净水器的原水进水管安装在箱体的下部,箱体内装有与原水进水管相通连的环形布水管,原水进水管上装有可在线加入絮凝剂、消毒剂的蠕动泵,过滤装置为由蜂窝斜板以及扎结式纤维球过滤层构成的过滤沉淀装置;本实用新型将混凝沉淀与蜂窝斜板絮凝沉降以及扎结式纤维球过滤组合为一体,提高了沉降效果、截污能力和产水水质,适用于船舶、家庭、企事业单位以及洪水期间的救灾工作。

本实用新型技术方案涉及水处理技术领域。
背景技术
在我国,过滤净水器的技术核心是用过滤芯及过滤膜过滤掉水中的杂质,达到净化水的目的,上述技术存在缺陷,主要表现在:它利用过滤芯及过滤膜过滤掉水中的杂质,对于进一步对自来水、井水和沉淀水进行处理是有效的,但对浊度较大天然水的处理,则因泥沙含量过高,过滤芯及过滤膜容易造成阻塞,不能对其进行处理。
实用新型内容本实用新型的目的是:设计一种过滤净水器,以解决高浊度、色度天然水处理的技术问题,降低水的浊度、色度以及有机物的含量。
本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种过滤净水器由箱体、原水进水管、净水出水管、排气管以及对应安装的阀门组成,原水进水管、净水出水管及排气管安装在箱体上,净水出水管安装在箱体的上部,排气管安装在箱体的中部,箱体内装有过滤装置;其特征在于,它的原水进水管安装在箱体的下部,箱体内装有与原水进水管相通连的环形布水管;它的原水进水管上装有可在线加入絮凝剂、消毒剂的蠕动泵;过滤装置为由蜂窝斜板以及扎结式纤维球过滤层构成的过滤沉淀装置,蜂窝斜板安装在箱体内,扎结式纤维球过滤层位于蜂窝斜板的上部。
根据上述基本技术方案,构成蜂窝斜板的基本单元斜板与水平面的夹角为50~70度。
根据上述基本技术方案,环形布水管上设有朝向箱体壁的配水孔,以降低进水对絮状沉淀的影响。
配水孔为20~40只。
配水孔的直径为6~10mm。
根据上述基本技术方案,箱体的底部装有排污管及阀门,便于絮状沉淀污物的排出。
进水管上装有流量计,用以控制进水和产水流量。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型将混凝沉淀与蜂窝斜板絮凝沉降以及扎结式纤维球过滤组合为一体,提高了沉降效果、截污能力和产水水质,适用于船舶、家庭、企事业单位以及洪水期间的救灾工作;本实用新型产品,絮凝沉淀的污泥可通过排污阀排出,利用产水对滤层进行反洗,冲刷蜂窝斜板,提高了净水器的截污能力和使用周期;按本实用新型制作的产品处理含5g/L的高浊度天然水时,净化后的产水浊度<1度、色度<1度,细菌总数未检出,符合<饮用水质标准>。

具体实施方式
结合图1,一种过滤净水器由箱体1、原水进水管7、净水出水管5、排气管3、排污管10以及相应安装的阀门组成,原水进水管7、净水出水管5及排气管3安装在箱体1上,净水出水管5安装在箱体1的上部,排气管安装在箱体的中部,排污管10安装在箱体1的底部,原水进水管7安装在箱体1的下部,箱体1内装有由蜂窝斜板4以及扎结式纤维球2过滤层构成的过滤沉淀装置;箱体1内装有与原水进水管7相通连的环形布水管9;它的原水进水管7上还装有可在线加入絮凝剂、消毒剂的蠕动泵6和计量进水的流量计8;蜂窝斜板4安装在箱体1内,构成它的基本单元斜板11与水平面的夹角为60度,扎结式纤维球2过滤层为一组扎结式纤维球2,它们放置在蜂窝斜板4的上部。环形布水管9上设有朝向箱体壁1的配水孔,配水孔为30只,均匀分布在环形布水管9上,它的直径为8mm,这样在原水进水时降低对絮状沉淀的冲击。在本实施例中使用的蜂窝斜板4以及扎结式纤维球2为水处理配件,在市场上可以购得。
按本实施例制作的产品,净水能力为0.5t/h,蠕动泵加液量可调,絮凝剂用量1~2×10-4;杀菌剂次氯酸钠的用量:有效氯1×10-6~1×10-5,产水内有效氯5×10-7~2×10-6;产水水质:浊度<3度,色度<15,细菌总数<1000个/L。
按本实施例制作的产品使用时,它用蠕动泵6在线将絮凝剂、消毒剂与原水混合,经位于箱体下部的原水进水管7、环形布水管9流入箱体1内,在蜂窝斜板4内及以下絮凝沉淀,经沉淀的净水通过扎结式纤维球2过滤层的逆滤由净水出水管7输出。

1.一种过滤净水器由箱体(1)、原水进水管(7)、净水出水管(5)、排气管(3)以及对应安装的阀门组成,原水进水管(7)、净水出水管(5)及排气管(3)安装在箱体(1)上,净水出水管(5)安装在箱体(1)的上部,排气管(3)安装在箱体(1)的中部,箱体(1)内装有过滤装置;其特征在于:它的原水进水管(7)安装在箱体(1)的下部,箱体(1)内装有与原水进水管(7)相通连的环形布水管(9);它的原水进水管(7)上装有可在线加入絮凝剂、消毒剂的蠕动泵(6);过滤装置为由蜂窝斜板(4)以及扎结式纤维球(2)过滤层构成的过滤沉淀装置,蜂窝斜板(4)安装在箱体(1)内,扎结式纤维球(2)过滤层位于蜂窝斜板(4)的上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤净水器,其特征在于:构成蜂窝斜板(4)的基本单元斜板(11)与水平面的夹角为50~70度。
