一般钢笔在吸取墨水时都要将钢笔笔杆旋下，然后捏钢笔笔胆吸墨水。而由于笔胆的容量太小，对于学生及从事文书工作而频繁使用钢笔的人来说，一次吸取的墨水用不了多长时间就会用尽，需要旋下钢笔笔杆重新吸墨，频繁的吸墨会让经常使用钢笔的人感到很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种吸墨水时不需要旋下钢笔笔杆的钢笔，从而方便使用者。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括笔杆、置于笔杆内的笔胆，其结构特点是在笔杆内壁与笔胆之间设有弹性夹，弹性夹的尾部设有伸出笔杆尾部按钮，在笔杆内壁前端设有与弹性夹端部对应的凸台。
所述的凸台为一环台；而弹性夹为对称设置的两片弹性片。
采用上述结构后，当需要灌注墨水时，只要将笔尖伸入到墨水中，按压伸出笔杆尾部按钮即可，省去了把钢笔笔杆拧来拧去的麻烦，从而方便使用者。
