Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种保冷袋，尤其涉及一种包含发射树脂吸附胶片且能长时间持续保冷的保冷袋。本实用新型还涉及一种使用上述保冷袋的保冷马甲。本实用新型保冷袋包括一形成密封袋状的发射树脂吸附胶片。上述发射树脂吸附胶片包含有发射树脂和聚合体胶片层。在所述发射树脂吸附胶片形成的密封袋中填充有保冷剂。所述聚合体胶片层与所述保冷剂相接触。所述发射树脂是用聚合体胶片吸附铝箔制成。聚合体胶片可用PE胶片、EVA胶片、PVC胶片、聚酯胶片或特殊聚烯烃胶片制成。本实用新型的保冷袋是将保冷剂密封在发射树脂吸附胶片形成的袋中，经低温冷却后，因发射树脂吸附胶片的绝热效果，保冷袋将长时间持续地释放一定温度的冷气制冷。

保冷袋以及使用该保冷袋的保冷马甲
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种保冷袋，尤其涉及一种包含发射树脂吸附胶片且能长时间持续保冷的保冷袋。本实用新型还涉及一种使用上述保冷袋的保冷马甲。
【背景技术】
保冷袋是将保冷剂填充进密封的袋内，将所述密封袋置于温度较低的冰箱或者冰窖中吸收冷气后再对外放热的可反复吸放热的制冷物件。吸冷后的保冷袋能向周围释放冷气，因此在夏天可利用它降低其他物品温度。如保冷袋可以放入箱子内，为箱子内的食品进行低温保存提供条件；也可以放入保冷马甲里让在炎热的夏天进行室外工作的工人使用。保冷袋制冷的持续时间是由保冷剂与装保冷剂的袋子特性决定的；业界为了改善保冷剂的特性及装保冷剂的袋子特性做出了很大的努力，并且也为了将保冷袋适用在保冷马甲而进行了相关努力。
韩国登记实用新型公告第20-318206号公开了在材料为塑料胶片的袋内填充进保冷剂，其形状大概是凸镜形状。这种材料的保冷袋在冰箱里冷冻后，虽然初期使用时有急剧吸收热气增加冷冻效果的优点，但缺点是无法进行长时间持续制冷。另外如果将这样的保冷袋使用在保冷马甲上时不仅仅是制冷时间需要延长，而且还要增加穿上后的舒适感。因为这种保冷袋内部保冷剂由于流动在冷冻后会产生变形现象，放入保冷马甲时会带来很强的不舒适感。
韩国登记实用新型公告第20-0240347号为解决上述保冷袋出现的问题，在保冷马甲内加入隔热材料来延长保冷袋的包冷时间。可是这样增加了保冷马甲的重量及体积，工作人员使用起来很不方便。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种长时间持续包冷的保冷袋。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种使用上述保冷袋的保冷马甲。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种保冷袋包括一形成密封袋状的包含有由发射树脂和聚合体胶片层组成的发射树脂吸附胶片，在所述发射树脂吸附胶片形成的密封袋中填充有保冷剂。
所述发射树脂包括聚合体胶片和铝箔。
所述聚合体胶片层与所述保冷剂相接触。
所述发射树脂吸附胶片的厚度为0.1-5mm：
所述聚合体胶片可用PE胶片、EVA胶片、PVC胶片、聚酯胶片及特殊聚烯烃胶片制成。
所述发射树脂外表面还吸附有无纺布。
所述保冷袋表面温度保持在0-30℃。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的保冷袋是将保冷剂密封在发射树脂吸附胶片形成的袋中，经低温冷却后，因发射树脂吸附胶片的绝热效果保冷袋将长时间持续地释放一定温度的冷气制冷。由于发射树脂吸附胶片的伸缩性，当冷冻时也能够保持保冷袋原来的形状且比较柔软，将由发射树脂吸附胶片密封保冷剂所形成的保冷袋应用于马甲，使用者穿上保冷马甲时没有不适感，并且带型保冷马甲更增加了使用者的灵活性及便利性。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型保冷袋(10)包括一形成密封袋状的发射树脂吸附胶片。上述发射树脂吸附胶片包含有发射树脂和聚合体胶片层。在所述发射树脂吸附胶片形成的密封袋中填充有保冷剂。所述聚合体胶片层与所述保冷剂相接触。所述发射树脂是用聚合体胶片吸附铝箔制成，如聚乙烯。发射树脂吸附胶片的厚度为0.1～5mm，在本实施例中发射树脂吸附胶片的厚度是2mm。聚合体胶片可用PE胶片、EVA胶片、PVC胶片、聚酯胶片或特殊聚烯烃胶片制成。
请参阅图1和图2所示，本实用新型保冷袋(10)内部填充保冷剂(14)。在本实施方式中，保冷袋(10)是由含有乙烯基的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材料(13)与发射树脂吸附胶片外皮(11)---发射树脂构成。上述发射树脂吸附了无纺布(12)。
本实用新型保冷袋(10)利用了发射树脂吸附胶片的伸缩性，使保冷袋(10)在冷冻时内部的保冷剂(14)可以保持原型。这样就解决了以往保冷袋在冷冻时内部保冷剂流动而使保冷袋变形的问题。
图3a，3b，3c是本实用新型保冷袋(10)分别在35℃、40℃、和45℃温度下，其温度变化特性与现有产品对比的图。其中A表示的保冷袋由发射树脂和无纺布构成，B表示的保冷袋由塑料胶片(P.E)与无纺布构成。
除了设定温度条件为35℃时以外，在设定温度为40℃和45℃时，A和B保冷袋的温度呈急剧的曲线上升趋势，显然本实用新型保冷袋(10)的保冷时间较长。
一般情况下在夏天，35℃的温度条件为实际需要穿上保冷马甲的温度，考虑到使用者的体温与夏天的外部环境温度，保冷马甲的内部温度将达到40℃以上，在此温度条件下本实用新型保冷袋(10)的保冷持续能力是优秀的。
因发射树脂吸附胶片的隔热效果，本实用新型保冷袋(10)不会受到内部保冷剂(14)的温度变化影响，保冷袋(10)的外皮(11)温度可以维持在0℃至30℃之间。这样就消除了因现有保冷袋在冷冻状态时非常低的温度与使用者身体接触时导致的体温不均衡的忧虑。
现有保冷袋由于外部温度遇到保冷袋外皮表面的低温而发生冷凝现象，为解决此问题采用了更换材料及使用结构等方法。本实用新型中的保冷袋外皮是发射树脂构成；上述发射树脂吸附了无纺布(12)，其绝热效果可以大大削弱冷凝现象的影响。
图4和图5所示是使用本实用新型保冷袋(10)的保冷马甲，保冷马甲包括在使用者腰部与胸部分别设有的水平方向的胶带(23)、连接胶带(23)的腰带(24)、卡扣(25)、收容保冷袋(10)的保冷袋的安装口袋(27)和竖直方向的肩带(20)。
腰带(24)是用高弹性Spandex材料纤维制成。将卡扣(25)连接即可穿上保冷马甲。保冷袋的安装口袋(27)为了能够紧贴使用者的身体而使用网莎材料制成并位于两个胶带(23)之间。为了不使保冷袋的安装口袋(27)里面的保冷袋(10)掉落，安装袋口用VELCRO(26)或拉链封住。肩带(20)可防止因保冷袋(10)的重量而使胶带(23)下滑。在肩带(20)上装有能够调节肩带(20)长度的夹子(21)。
上述本实用新型不仅仅是使保冷袋应用到保冷马甲时提升舒适的柔软感，而且发射树脂吸附胶片的绝热效果可以在一定温度下持续长时间的制冷效果，所以就算直接接触使用者的身体也不会有急剧的冰冻感觉，使用者不会觉得有体温不均衡的感觉。
以上说明虽然只说明了本实用新型在特定具体测试时的例子，如果本领域的技术人员依据本实用新型作出了非实质性的、显而易见的改变或改进，都应该属于本实用新型权利要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

1、一种保冷袋，其特征在于：上述保冷袋包括一形成密封袋状的包含有由发射树脂和聚合体胶片层组成的发射树脂吸附胶片，在所述发射树脂吸附胶片形成的密封袋中填充有保冷剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的保冷袋，其特征在于：所述发射树脂包括聚合体胶片和铝箔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的保冷袋，其特征在于：所述聚合体胶片层与所述保冷剂相接触。
4、根据权利要求1所述的保冷袋，其特征在于：所述发射树脂吸附胶片的厚度为0.1～5mm。
5、根据权利要求3所述的保冷袋，其特征在于：聚合体胶片可用PE胶片、EVA胶片、PVC胶片、聚酯胶片或聚烯烃胶片制成。
6、根据权利要求1所述的保冷袋，其特征在于：所述发射树脂吸附胶片外表面还吸附有无纺布。
7、根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的保冷袋，其特征在于：所述保冷袋表面温度保持在0-30℃。
8、一种保冷马甲，包括保冷袋，其特征在于，所述保冷袋为权利要求1至7任一项所述的保冷袋的。
9、根据权利要求8所述的保冷马甲，其特征在于：所述保冷马甲包括水平方向的胶带、连接胶带的腰带、卡扣、保冷袋的安装口袋和竖直方向的肩带。
10、根据权利要求9所述的保冷马甲，其特征在于：所述保冷袋的安装口袋使用网莎材料制成并位于胶带之间，所述保冷袋的安装口袋上还设有VELCRO或拉链。
