Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种木塑地板结构，该木塑地板具有天然美观风格、可修复性好、使用寿命长等特点。本木塑地板的结构是在木塑坯板表面涂有粘胶层，在粘胶层上粘贴有木皮层，该木皮层上喷涂有UV涂料层，构成四层结构的木塑地板。本实用新型适用于楼宇、住宅的房间、室内铺设地面之用。

本实用新型涉及复合板材技术领域，特别是一种木塑地板结构。
背景技术
现有的木塑地板有两种结构形式：一种是在已成形的木塑坯板经表面涂色磨光再喷涂UV耐磨涂层而成，坯板两侧部设有卡接结构。这种木塑地板外观色泽不够美观、自然，也不够耐磨。此时要修复十分困难，因此，本木塑地板磨损后，修复性差，使用寿命较短。另一种木塑地板是在高温挤压过程中已加入一种或多种色粉，成形木塑坯板，经磨光在其表面再喷涂UV涂料层而成，坯板两侧部亦设有相匹配的卡接结构。这种木塑地板使用一段时间后，例如半年，部分UV涂料层会磨去，不够自然、美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有自然美观风格、可修复性好、使用寿命长的木塑地板结构。
本实用新型所提出的技术解决方案是这样的：一种木塑地板结构，包括两侧部带卡接结构的木塑坯板，所述木塑坯板经砂光后表面涂有粘胶层，该粘胶层上粘贴有木皮层，该木皮层上喷有UV涂料层。所述木皮层厚度与木塑坯板厚度之比为1∶2.5-40范围。所述木皮层厚度范围为0.5-4mm。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
(1)由于在木塑坯板面上粘贴有各种天然的木皮，使本实用新型的木塑地板显现出鲜明的天然木纹图案，天然美观。
(2)本实用新型木塑地板表面UV涂料层磨损后，可修复性很强，只须用地板腊擦平即可，故其使用寿命很长，用于家庭室内可达10-20年。
本实用新型木塑地板适于楼宇房间室内铺设地面使用，特别适于住宅房间铺设地面之用。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示，一种木塑地板由木塑坯板4、粘胶层3、木皮层2、UV涂料层1层叠而成。木塑坯板4由PVC树脂粉、木粉或竹粉，加入丙烯酸酯抗冲改性剂、单体盐、硬酯酸等材料混合而成，在塑料挤出机高温挤压成坯板4，该坯板4两侧边部设有相互配合的卡接结构，为节省材料及减轻木塑地板的重量，在坯板底部开有多条凹槽。本实施例的木塑坯板4厚度取12mm。木塑坯板4和木皮层2通过粘贴层3粘合牢固，木皮2表面显现天然的各种木纹，具有强烈天然质感的装饰效果。本实施例中，木皮层2厚度取0.6mm。木皮层2表面喷涂有UV涂料层1。这种木塑地板使用一定时间后，部分UV涂料层1会磨损且伤及木皮层2，此时用地板腊对磨损处擦平即完成修复工作，十分方便，效果也很好。
Claims (3)
1、一种木塑地板结构，包括两侧部带卡接结构的木塑坯板，其特征在于：所述木塑坯板表面涂有粘胶层，该粘胶层上粘贴有木皮层，该木皮层上喷涂有UV涂料层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的木塑地板结构，其特征在于：所述木皮层厚度与木塑坯板厚度之比为1∶2.5-40范围。
3、根据权利要求2所述的木塑地板结构，其特征在于：所述木皮层厚度范围为0.5-4mm。
