本实用新型公开了一种汽车离合器助力器,包括有缸体(1)、推杆(10)、活塞杆(4)、助力油缸(6)及压缩空气输入口(19),所述缸体(1)内设有活塞(2),所述推杆(10)通过活塞(2)与活塞杆(4)连接,所述助力油缸(6)通过油缸接口(9)与离合器总泵连接,所述压缩空气输入口通过阀门及通道与缸体内腔连通,其特征在于助力油缸上设有电磁线圈(7)和传感器(8),所述电磁线圈与传感器电连接,所述活塞上连接有铁芯(5),且所述铁芯贯穿电磁线圈。本实用新型通过铁芯在电磁线圈中的运动,产生不同的电感电阻,能在离合器摩擦片磨损到一定程度后进行报警,提高了车辆的可操作性,体现了人性化,并具有使用寿命长,测量精确等特点。

Description

汽车离合器助力器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及汽车用的离合器助力装置。
【背景技术】
汽车上使用的离合器助力器是在离合器液压操纵的基础上发展而来的,由于离合器的工作缸只起传动作用,不能减轻驾驶员的踏板力,尤其是离合器直径大的汽车,没有助力器,驾驶员的劳动强度太大,但是传统的离合器助力器容易引起助力油缸偏磨,引起早期失效,而这种离合器又没有自调功能,不能判断离合器的摩擦片的磨损情况,其检查和调整非常麻烦,为了能解决这些问题,于是就有人发明了一种能自调的离合器助力器,这种自调的离合器助力器是由助力缸总成及与其缸腔相连的助力油缸总成所组成,助力缸总成内设有活塞,活塞上设有推杆,助力油缸总成内设有助力油缸,助力油缸内设有工作活塞,工作活塞与设于助力缸总成内的活塞相连,工作活塞外设有拉簧,在助力缸总成上还设有可读取离合器摩擦片磨损的标尺。该技术方案首次设计了离合器摩擦片磨损的指示装置,但是,其设计非常粗糙,其指示的数据并不能为实际操作提供作用,为了能够有更高的指示精度并能为实际操作产生作用,就有人在助力缸总成上设置了一种报警开关总成。该离合器助力器使用时,首先调节好触点开关与标尺的距离,当离合器摩擦片磨损后,在离合器弹簧力的作用下,推杆带动活塞向右移动及带动标尺向右移动,当标尺移动的距离达到原来调节好的触点开关与标尺的距离时,标尺推动顶杆向右移动,就触动报警开关的常开触点,发出要更换离合器摩擦片的报警。这种接触式的磨损指示装置,其安装较为困难,也容易磨损失效,且指示不准确,特别是在更换维修时,不是专业人员难以操作,其实用性非常有效。
【发明内容】
鉴于现有技术中存在装配和维修不便且磨损指示不精确的不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是安装维护方便且磨损指示精确的汽车离合器助力器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的:一种汽车离合器助力器,包括有缸体、推杆、活塞杆、助力油缸及压缩空气输入口,所述缸体内设有活塞,所述推杆通过活塞与活塞杆连接,所述助力油缸通过油缸接口与离合器总泵连接,所述压缩空气输入口通过阀门及通道与缸腔连通,其特征在于助力油缸上设有电磁线圈和传感器,所述电磁线圈与传感器电连接,所述活塞上连接有铁芯,且所述铁芯贯穿电磁线圈。
本实用新型设置了传感器后,能够精确地感应到推杆的位移变化,其设置的铁芯,在线圈中的运动,会产生不同的电感电阻,能够在离合器摩擦片磨损到一定程度后进行精确指示,使驾驶员能及时了解摩擦片磨损程度,以便采相应措施,从而提高了车辆的人性化,由于采用电磁感应的方式来测量摩擦片的磨损程度,改变了现有技术中接触式的触点开关,延长了使用寿命,而且装配维修方便,从传感器得到电感电阻,可以使换挡控制单元能判断处理最佳的换挡时间,避免了有损离合器或其他装置的操作,同时可以避免离合器没有分离就进行换挡,而提高汽车换挡的协调性。
为了能使离合器摩擦片的磨损指示以声音的方式报警,将所述传感器与汽车上的报警单元电连接。
为了实现离合器的工作状况可以直接对驾驶员进行指示,将所述传感器与汽车上的显示单元电连接。

【具体实施方式】
参照图1、图2、图3,以下有关方向的描述均相对于附图的方向而言。附图表示了本实用新型的结构及其实施方式,该汽车离合器助力器,包括有缸体1、推杆10、活塞杆4、助力油缸6及压缩空气输入口19,所述缸体1内设有活塞2,所述推杆10通过活塞2与活塞杆4连接,所述助力油缸6通过油缸接口9与离合器总泵(图中未示出)连接,所述压缩空气输入口19通过阀门15及通道11与缸体内腔3连通,在助力油缸6上设有电磁线圈7和传感器8,所述电磁线圈7与传感器8电连接,所述活塞2上连接有铁芯5,且所述铁芯5贯穿电磁线圈7;在铁芯5贯穿电磁线圈7的同时,铁芯5也穿透缸体1,因而,在缸体1上的铁芯5穿透处要进行密封;同时,所述传感器8与汽车上的显示单元(图中未示出)电连接;并且该传感器8还与汽车上的报警单元(图中未示出)电连接。
本实用新型安装在汽车上使用时,在行车的时候,油缸接口9的压力为零,在回位弹簧17的作用下,阀门15处于关闭状态,推杆10在离合器弹簧力的作用下,把活塞杆4推向右端;当要使离合器分离时,踏下离合器总泵踏板,离合器总泵的压力油从油缸接口9输入到助力油缸6,而作用在活塞杆4上,使活塞杆4产生向左的推力,同时液压力作用在控制活塞12上,使控制活塞12下移,推动顶杆20,将排气口16关闭,在顶杆20的移动过程中,同时推动阀门15下移,而打开进气门14,此时,压缩空气就由压缩空气输入口19通过进气门14经过通道11而流入到缸体内腔3,在气体压力和液压力的同时作用下,活塞2使推杆10往左移动,同时连接在活塞2上的铁芯5也随着向左移动,电磁线圈7输出的电感随之变化,当达到离合器分离的位置时,此时变速箱控制单元采集到从传感器8输出的电感达到程序设定的值时,汽车上的控制单元发出指令进行相关的操作,并从显示单元显示出来,提醒驾驶员,这是换挡的最佳时间。因而,在行车的过程中,离合器工作状况的参数都可以通过传感器输送到显示单元上显示出来,使驾驶员根据显示单元的参数,选择离合器的操作时机,选择最佳的换挡时间,避免一些有损离合器或其他装置的操作,并可提高汽车换挡的协调性。
当要将离合器啮合时,抬起脚踏板,助力油缸接口9的液压降为零,在回位弹簧17和气压力的作用下,使阀门顶杆20向上移,进气门14关闭,排气口16打开,压缩空气从排气门18排向大气,在离合器弹簧力的作用下,通过推杆10把活塞杆4和铁芯5推向右端,而恢复原状。当新的离合器摩擦片装上时,离合器助力器上的铁芯5处于某一位置,此时,传感器8输出的电感是一定的值;当离合器摩擦片磨损后,铁芯5随着活塞2向右移动,此时传感器8输出的电感值增大,随着离合器摩擦片的不断磨损,铁芯5也随着移动,传感器8输出的电感达到控制单元程序内设定的值时,控制单元就指令与传感器8电连接的汽车报警单元进行报警,提示要更换离合器摩擦片。

1、一种汽车离合器助力器,包括有缸体(1)、推杆(10)、活塞杆(4)、助力油缸(6)及压缩空气输入口(19),所述缸体(1)内设有活塞(2),所述推杆(10)通过活塞(2)与活塞杆(4)连接,所述助力油缸(6)通过油缸接口(9)与离合器总泵连接,所述压缩空气输入口(19)通过阀门(15)及通道(11)与缸体内腔(3)连通,其特征在于助力油缸(6)上设有电磁线圈(7)和传感器(8),所述电磁线圈(7)与传感器(8)电连接,所述活塞(2)上连接有铁芯(5),且所述铁芯(5)贯穿电磁线圈(7)。
